Darren has been living with Dr. Smith for a few weeks now and notices him setting up a massage table in the living room. Dr. Smith tells Darren he is studying for his license for medical massages and Darren agrees to try it out. Dr. Smith puts gloves on which Darren finds odd and he also asks him to lie on his back which he also finds odd. Dr. Smith applies some of the medicated oil to his check and Darren passes out.

He then examines Darren, confirming he’s unconscious by doing a few arm drops and some slow eye checks. Dr. Smith then moves him off the couch, grabs Darren by the ankles and drags him to the bedroom. Darren’s limp arms drag above his head. We see him getting dragged down the hallway.

Dr. Smith tosses Darren’s limp body onto the bed. Dr. Smith lifts up Darren’s arms above his head and takes off his shirt. He then takes off his bottoms and Ethan is in his briefs (preferred if he is able to wear briefs instead of boxer briefs). Leaving Darren’s arms above his head, Dr. Smith then does some more eye checks and also opens and closes his mouth showing his loose jaw.

While Darren is unconscious, Dr. Smith gets on the phone with a client (camera remaining on Darren, mouth hanging open). Dr. Smith advertises that Darren will be ready for his client in 30 minutes. He comments that Darren is completely out cold, showing no signs of knowing what’s going on.

After getting off the phone, Dr. Smith does some final tests by manipulating body in multiple positions to ensure he’s completely unconscious and ready for the client. This includes: additional eye checks (it would be great if you could do one close up on his face), arm drops, leg drops, head drops, rolling him to the side, and laying on his back over Dr. Smith’s legs. Throughout this process, Darren shows absolutely no signs of coming to. It’ll definitely be the most believable if the eye checks are done well (sometimes the model starts to move both eyes when checking one eye). Dr. Smith mentions that Darren is definitely ready for the client and walks out after kissing him a bit on the mouth.

The next scene occurs when the client has finished with Darren. Dr. Smith comes back to Darren with a towel over his pelvic area (still wearing briefs underneath), commenting that it looks like the client had fun. Dr. Smith removes the towel and gets ready to move Darren back to the living room. However, Dr. Smith notices from Darren’s breathing that he’s close to waking up. He quickly applies an injection for his arm to increase the sedative dose to give to Darren. This happens just in time, as Darren just begins to open his eyes, but doesn’t stay conscious enough to comment or process his surroundings. In a moment, his eyes roll right back and he falls back into a deep sleep. Dr. Smith does a final eye check to confirm, saying that was close.

Dr. Smith then drags Darren down the foot of the bed (similar to what you do in the Anthony and Kevin escort videos, arms dragging above their head) until he is off the bed. He then lays him down and drags him to the living room. We see the full sequence of him being dragged down the hallway.

Dr. Smith is then in the living room and lays Darren down on the couch. Before he’s ready to get Darren ready, Dr. Smith can’t resist doing a little bit more muscle worship, bobbling his head, and doing some more limp body movement. Once that is done, Dr. Smith begins by putting Darren’s pants (or shorts if it’s easier) back on, then his shirt. He then lays a pillow under his head. When ready, Dr. Smith performs a final injection into Darren’s arm, which wakes him up. A drowsy Darren asks what happened and Dr. Smith mentions that he fell asleep watching a movie. Darren apologizes, with no idea of what just happened.
