Antoine has been living with Dr. Smith for a few weeks now and notices him setting up a massage table in the living room. Dr. Smith tells Antoine he is studying for his license for medical massages and Antoine agrees to try it out. Dr. Smith puts gloves on which Antoine finds odd and he also asks him to lie on his back which he also finds odd. Dr. Smith applies some of the medicated oil to his check and Antoine passes out. He then examines Antoine, confirming he’s unconscious by doing a few arm drops and some slow eye checks.

While Antoine is unconscious, Dr. Smith gets on the phone with a client. Dr. Smith advertises that Antoine will be ready for his client in 30 minutes. He comments that Antoine is completely out cold, showing no signs of knowing what’s going on.

After getting off the phone, Dr. Smith does some final tests by manipulating body in multiple positions to ensure he’s completely unconscious and ready for the client. This includes: additional eye checks (it would be great if you could do one close up on his face), arm drops, leg drops, head drops, rolling him to the side, and laying on his back over Dr. Smith’s legs. Throughout this process, Antoine shows absolutely no signs of coming to. It’ll definitely be the most believable if the eye checks are done well (sometimes the model starts to move both eyes when checking one eye). Dr. Smith mentions that Antoine is definitely ready for the client.

The next scene occurs when the client has finished with Antoine. Dr. Smith comes back to Antoine with a towel over his pelvic area (still wearing briefs underneath), commenting that it looks like the client had fun. Dr. Smith removes the towel and gets ready to move Antoine back to the living room. However, Dr. Smith notices from Antoine’s breathing that he’s close to waking up. He quickly applies an injection for his arm to increase the sedative dose to give to Antoine. This happens just in time, as Antoine just begins to open his eyes, but doesn’t stay conscious enough to comment or process his surroundings. In a moment, his eyes roll right back and he falls back into a deep sleep. Dr. Smith does a final eye check to confirm, saying that was close.

Dr. Smith is then in the living room and lays Antoine down on the couch. Before he’s ready to get Antoine ready, Dr. Smith can’t resist doing a little bit more muscle worship, bobbling his head, and doing some more limp body movement. Once that is done, Dr. Smith begins by putting Antoine’s pants (or shorts if it’s easier) back on, then his shirt. He then lays a pillow under his head. When ready, Dr. Smith performs a final injection into Antoine’s arm, which wakes him up. A drowsy Antoine asks what happened and Dr. Smith mentions that he fell asleep watching a movie. Antoine apologizes, with no idea of what just happened.
