Scene 2:

The doorbell rings and Smith goes to answer

Aldo is standing on the porch in a suit. He has a small smile on his face. But he is like a mannequin. He continues to stare forward, not engaging with Smith. He has his earpiece in his ear.

Smith: Come in sir.

Aldos voice is robotic when he speaks and his movements are stiff and rigid. He steps into the corridor and Smith closes the door.

Aldo: Good morning, DOCTOR SMITH. Thank you for using ManApp. My name is Slave 214 and I have come to service your needs. Please accept the following terms and conditions.

Smith: I accept them all. Let’s get this party started. First of what’s your real name?

Aldo is still staring forward with his fixed smile.

Aldo: My name is Slave 214. I am property of ManApp Enterprises – Collectors of fine men since 2019.

Smith: Yes but what was your name before you joined ManApp?

Aldo: My name was Aldo. I am not permitted to share my last name. Would you like me to answer to Aldo?

Smith: Yes I think that would be more casual.

Aldo: Excellent, I will now answer to the name: ALDO

When he registers the name Aldo’s voice goes even more robotic and his eyes go wide and his face becomes emotionless for the brief moment he says the name.

He returns to his smile.

Smith begins to feel Aldo up and strokes his face and hair.

Smith: Aldo you are one sexy hunk of meat

Aldo does not respond

Smith continues to feel up Aldo. He makes him turn and flex as Smith has his way with him.

Smith: Aldo you can stop smiling now it’s getting a little bit creepy

Aldo’s smile drops and he now stares forward emotionlessly.

Smith has Aldo slowly takes his clothes off but has him freeze at different moments as he’s doing so such has freezing as he’s undoing buttons and his belt, freezing him as he’s taking off his shirt.

Scene 3:

Smith: I want you to dance with me.

Smith enters Aldo’s embrace.

Smith: Smile.

A smile appears on Aldo’s face and they begin a stiff dance, like a romantic slow dance with Smith’s head against Aldo’s chest.

They finish and Smith turns off the music.

Scene 4:

Smith: I would like you to be my sexy maid. Can you do that for me

Aldo: Yes Dr Smith, I can be your sexy maid.

Smith gets him an apron and he puts it on. Aldo is only in his underwear at this point.

Smith watches Aldo as he wanders around the living room cleaning. Smith freezes him serval times before making him sit on the couch

Scene 5:

Smith sits beside him and orders Aldo to snuggle with him.

Aldo does so.

Smith is now wrapped in Aldo’s arms, his head on Aldo’s bare chest. Aldo is staring ahead with no emotions.

Smith: Tell me Aldo, how long have you been part of ManApp

Aldo: I have been a happy and loyal member of the ManApp team for 3 months.

Smith: And are you happy?

Aldo: I am very happy. Happier than I have ever been . Every man at ManApp is happy.

Smith: What did you do before and how did you join ManApp?

Aldo: I worked for a social media company. I was introduced to ManApp when I met the creator at a function. He gifted me my earpieces and I instantly became a valued employee of ManApp.

Smith: What happens to your family and friends? Don’t they miss you?

Aldo: They received an automated email written in my name telling them that I have abandoned them. I do not miss them. I have ManApp now.

Smith tightens his hug around Aldo.

Smith orders Aldo to kiss his forehead and stroke his face as Smith lays his head in his lap.

Smith: Tell me you love me and make sure you call me Master.

Aldo: I love you, Master. I love, you, Master.

Aldo continues to repeat until Smith orders him to stop

Scene 6:

Smith and Aldo retire you the bedroom. Aldo is standing by the window. His arms glued to his side. His face still emotionless.

Smith: I wonder what will happen if.

Smith removed the earpiece and Aldo’s eyes go as wide as they can go.

Aldo: ERROR! ERROR! ERROR! MISSING EARPIECE! PLEASE REINSERT EARPIECE TO AVOID CANCELLATION OF RENTAL SERVICE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. SLAVE 214 WILL RETURN TO HOME BASE. ERROR! ERROR! ERROR! MISSING EARPIECE! PLEASE REINSERT EARPIECE TO AVOID CANCELLATION OF RENTAL SERIVE NO REFUND WILL B-

Smith puts the earpiece back in.

Aldo’s face returns to emotionless state but his eyes are still wide.

Aldo: Slave 214 is rebooting… please wait… loading…. loading … loading… reboot complete… we apologise for this interruption.

Smith: I think we should just go to bed.

As Smith lays asleep. Aldo is lying beside him with his eyes closed.

Aldo (eyes still closed): Update received… update downloading… update installing… ERROR!

Aldo wakes up. He is human again. The first time he has been himself in months. He’s confused. He looks down at the sleeping man whose head is on his chest.

Aldo (whispering): What the fuck?

Aldo slips out and gets out of bed. He looks around for clothes and sees his suit on the floor. He puts it on, not bothering to button the shirt up.

Aldo: This is so fucked.

Scene 7:

Aldo makes it to the hallway when his head becomes fuzzy. He puts his hands on the wall to keep himself steady.

Aldo can’t help it but the earpiece is trying to reactivate the signal. For a second it breaks through and his robotic side reawakens (in capitals). His eyes go wide and he loses emotion every time his robot side kicks in

Aldo: What the fuck is – REBOOTING – no – what the fuck is going on ? SOFTWARE REBOOTING – what’s rebooting? Where am I? PLEASE no –

Smith runs into the hallway

Smith: What the hell is going on?

Aldo: What the fuck did you do to me?

Smith: I rented you for one night. You’re my property until my time is up. What’s happening to you?

Aldo. I don’t know what you’re talking about, man. I just gotta get home to my family. REBOOTING GLITCH DETECTED

Smith: oooh, you’re experiencing a glitch

Aldo: I’m what?

Smith laughing: Pal, you’re not a person anymore. You haven’t been for a long time. This earpiece controls your mind and turns you into an obedient robot slave

Aldo: No… no you’re insane. You’re crazy

Aldo staggers to the front door. He’s confused and scared but as he gets into the kitchen he stops

Aldo: No! No! REBOOT FINALISING

Smith watches as Aldo fights back. Aldo is shaking.

Aldo: Stop! I’m a person! I’m a person!!!

Also stops moving. He is frozen but he is still awake.

Scene 8:

Smith begins to give him order him to do things to see if he is ok. Making him work out (picking up odd objects to use as weights), using the remote control to move him about, making him flex while feeling himself up, making him fuck the couch in his underwear, worship Dr. Smith, 

Aldo suddenly shakes and his head drops to his chin and his body stiffens and his eyes close.

Aldo: Update complete. Reboot initialising

Aldo’s head rises and his eyes open.

He turns on the spot to Smith.

Aldo: ManApp apologises for the glitch you have experienced. We would like to offer you one extra free day with Slave 214… do you accept?

Smith: Will you glitch again?

Aldo: The glitching may be due to a faulty earpiece, we will remedy this at Home Base. To help avoid glitches you can charge the earpieces to ensure they have a full battery. Just simply find a safe place for Slave 214 and place him on standby before detaching the earpiece.

Smith orders Aldo to go into his bedroom closet.

Smith: How long will it take to charge these?

Aldo: Just one hour, Master

Smith: Okay… goodnight. Enter standby.

Aldo’s shoulders slump and his jaw falls open. Smith removed the earpiece and places them on charge.

Smith: I’ll see you in one hour…

Scene 9:

The closet door slides open. Aldo is standing there with a blank face. He has recharged. He steps out. Stops. Turns and goes into the living room.

Smith is eating and watch a show when Aldo walks in.

Aldo: I have fully recharged.

Smith: wow about time

Smith begins to touch Aldo up.

Smith: Smile for me.

Aldo: Smiles. It is fixed and unnatural.

Smith kisses his frozen face

Aldo: Let’s have some fun.

Smith arranges Aldo’s hands so he looks like a teapot.

Smith: I want you to sing and perform for me. I want you to sing the I’m a little tea cup song. Do you understand?

Aldo: I understand.

Smith: Proceed.

Aldo begins to sing the “I’m a little tea pot short and stout here is my handle here is my spout song.”  His remains robotic and stiff.

Smith: Excerise mode on

Aldo stops singing immediately. He begins to exercise until he is told to stop

Smith: Follow me

Scene 10:

Aldo is standing in the shower and is ordered to clean himself like the Matt video. Once he is done we see him walking stiffly from the shower room in his underwear back to the dining room.

Scene 11:

Cut to dinner

Smith and Aldo are sat together. There are plates of food in front of them. Aldo is smiling unnaturally again, even when he speaks

Smith: why aren’t you eating?

Aldo: All ManApp slaves follow a strict diet. We are not required to eat

Smith: After that malfunction I think you should do as I say right? Or should I complain?

Aldo says nothing but then raises his fork stiffly and puts the food in his mouth and his arm returns to the table. He chews still smiling and swallows. Repeat.

Aldo is standing in the living room with his clothes back on.

Aldo: ManApp thanks you for using our service and we apologise for the interruption which occurred.

Aldo turns on the spot and leaves.
