Directors note: Sage is an excellent actor and had great chemistry with me. Think you guys/gals will really enjoy this one. I certainly enjoyed making it.

I want the model find out he got pregnant over Fourth of July since he forgot to take his birth control pill. He takes a pregnancy test at home and it is positive. He decides surprises his partner with a present with a pregnancy test inside when he gets home from work. Sage tells his husband that he is uncomfortable with most doctors so he want him to delivery their baby.

He has his husband do an ultrasound and they find out they are having a girl and she is perfect, she a little on the smaller size, they ask the doctor for a photo to show their family( see attached document). His husband check him over and feels his belly and listens to the baby heartbeat on his bare stomach and notices it a little large for 1 baby, but he tells them that there is nothing to worry about.

When they get home they decide to announce it on facebook and call their parents and tell them about their big news. ( sitting on the couch) They try to figure out baby names and they can’t agree on one. Sage want to give her a family name( Susan), his partner want to name her after a princes ( Belle). Sage also likes Ava and his partner also likes Anna. They decide they would see what the baby like. They say each of the names (Anna, Susan, Belle and Ava) the baby makes a strong kick with Ava ( stomach showing ).

When Sages husband get home from work he tells Sage they have to figure out a Birth Plan. He pulls out a form from his bags. Sage and him read each step and write in the answers(https://www.marchofdimes.org/materials/birth-plan.pdf) They watch a few videos online and Sage decides that he wants to try and go all natural. His partner thinks he is crazy, but agree it worth trying. They start looking at different pain management techniques and find a few they like (sitting up on the bed)

I want Sage struggling with all the belly change and wakes up at night having to go to the bathroom. I want him to be sitting on the toiletwhen he has his first contractions and he yells for his partner who is still a sleep, he wakes up and is shocked his partner is in labor. He tries to calm him down and helps him off the toilet so they can go the hospital. When they get to the hospital his husband check him and finds he is only 4 cm dilated and he warns him that he would be starting transitions and labor is going to get harder. He encourages him to try different positions to help easy labor pains, like squatting( which then his water breaks), having his partner support him and then hands and knees to alleviate back pain that he is starting to have(see attachment). I want Sage to struggle with his decision of going natural, but his husband check him and tells him it is too late for medication since it is time to push. I also want the husband to ask Sage if he wants to see the baby come out with a mirror he says sure.I want Sage to struggle to give birth due to the pain. His Husband tells him to reach down to feel the baby. He agrees. He screams he just wants it over. He pushes 8 times and finally he has his little girl. I want them to be holding her and saying how cute and little she is. Sage starts having more contraction. He then feel like he needs to push and he is surprised to find out he is actually having twins. He doesn’t know about the 2nd one until he is giving birth to it. He then has serious regrets about going natural. I want it to be a harder birth process like the shoulder get stuck and very big little girl. He starts pushing hard and his husband tells him he has to push harder since the baby head is crowning and Sage moans and screams at he fact he has to go through it a gain. The doctor tells him he has to pull his legs back since she is bigger and her shoulder are stuck. Sage starts crying and screaming since he is in so much pain. He push 4 times with his legs back when the baby is finally born and it is a girl. The decide that they will use his partner favorite name which is Belle. As they are holding the girls they discuss how big they are: Ava is 7 pounds and 6 oz and Belle is 8 and 15 oz. They both got 10 apgar score. His husband tells he did an amazing job and he can take him home when ever he is ready.

Then would like him to be sitting on the bed at home talking to his partner how amazing this past month has been. One of the babies start to cry and his partner gives him the baby. Sage then is chest feeding the baby. The seen end with them staring at the baby and talking about future plans for another baby.
