QUIN AND AUSTYN’S BIG BOYS

1. Quin and Austyn return home to Quin’s place after their first date for some more fun. After a bit of kissing and foreplay, Quin asserts dominance and pushes Austyn on the bed. “Dude, what are you doing, I’m a top!” Austyn insists. “What? But I am too!” Quin argues. They chuckle about the awkward situation and agree to bottom for each other, as long as they’re both quick, as they’re both inexperienced at it. (Brief simulated sex scene from the chest up, showing first Austyn topping Quin and then the reverse. They each grit their teeth in pain when receiving and pant with pleasure when giving.) (2 minutes)
2. Four months later, Quin is shown coming out from a shower in a towel, rubbing his distended belly in discomfort. He suddenly rushes to the bathroom to throw up. “What is going on with my stomach?” He mutters. He has a realization as his eyes widen. “Could I be…?” He hurries to grab a pregnancy test from the bathroom drawer and takes it on the toilet. (1 minute)
3. Austyn is at the doctor’s, with a belly of his own. He looks down at his stomach in disbelief as the doctor wipes off the ultrasound gel and remarks, “you’ve got a very healthy baby boy in here, Austyn!” Austyn remarks that he should call the baby’s other dad and dials Quin’s number. (Split screen view). “Dude!” Quin answers. “I’m glad you called. I, uh, have something to tell you…” With both their hands on their stomachs, Quin and Austyn blurt out “I’m pregnant” at the same time, to which they both exclaim in disbelief. Austyn explains that he’s actually at his first doctor’s appointment right then and invites Quin to come by the office and get checked out himself. Quin agrees (2 minutes)
4. At the doctors, Quin greets Austyn in the exam room, and they both stare in disbelief at each other’s growing belly. Quin asks if he can feel Austyn’s belly, and after feeling his buddy’s pregnant stomach, he returns the favor for Austyn. Dr. Smith introduces himself to Quin and invites him to have a seat on the exam table to check out the baby. Still shocked, Quin watches the ultrasound screen as Dr. Smith lets him know that he’s also having a boy. “Wow! Two boys!” Austyn exclaims. “Twin boys, kinda,” he chuckles, resting a hand on both his and Quin’s stomach. Quin smiles. (2 minutes)
5. Four months later, Quin and Austyn are both eight months pregnant with big, round bellies. It’s a warm summer day, and both boys complain about how big and hot they are, dressed in flip flops, shorts, and barely fitting t-shirts. Dr. Smith checks both of their blood pressures and presses gently on their bellies, checking for the babies’ positions. “Wow, this boy’s got some big feet!” Dr. Smith remarks as Austyn’s baby kicks at his hand. “Just like his daddies” Quin adds with a wink, and the boys and the doctor chuckle. Dr. Smith’s smile fades as he moves his hand further down Austyn’s belly. “He’s got a big head, too.” he comments. He moves his hand back onto Quin’s belly, looking equally concerned. He measures both of their bellies with a tape measure as Austyn and Quin

wait with confusion. Finally, Dr. Smith explains that both baby boys are in the 95th percentile for size, and given that both Austyn and Quin have tight pelvises, he recommends that both babies be delivered by c-section two weeks early. Quin and Austyn protest, not wanting major surgery and preferring to deliver naturally. Dr. Smith suggests that the boys can try some exercises to widen their hips and prepare for a natural birth and gives them a pamphlet, while explaining that he still thinks a c-section is the best option. Austyn and Quin are determined to prove him wrong. (3 minutes)

6. Back at Quin’s place, he and Austyn start their exercises. Quin bounces on an exercise ball with his bare feet apart while clutching his belly. Meanwhile, Austyn is doing toe-touches with his belly squeezing between his thighs. After a while they switch positions, commenting on how much the boys are kicking. They also discuss baby names, wanting both boys’ names to start with the same letter, as they are “twins” after all. (cut) After a while of stretching, the boys are worn out and sweaty, and they take a break to feel each other’s baby move. Quin hopes aloud that they’ll be good daddies and that the babies will be as cute as Austyn, which makes Austyn chuckle and blush. (3 minutes)
7. Two weeks later at the doctor’s, Doctor Smith performs a pelvic exam on Quin after having already done one on Austyn. While checking below, he asks them if they’ve come up with names for the babies. Austyn smiles and nods saying “this is Josh,” rubbing his own belly, and then pats Quin’s belly adding “and this is Justin!” Dr Smith snaps off his gloves and compliments the boys on their hard work, saying that they’ve widened up quite a bit. However, the babies have kept on growing at the same time, and Dr. Smith says both Austyn and Quin are still too narrow to safely deliver the babies naturally. Austyn and Quin are disappointed, and Dr. Smith says he’ll give them one more week to try to widen their hips more, and then they’ll really need c-sections. (2 minutes)
8. One early morning, Quin is standing by the bed, dressed in a tank top pulled tight over his belly and briefs. He tries to gently shake Austyn awake, saying that they need to do their exercises that morning for the babies. Austyn grumbles in discomfort and begrudgingly throws off the bedsheet. “Why is it… wet?” he mutters, looking down around him. Quin’s eyes widen in disbelief, and he exclaims, “dude, your water just broke!” As if on cue, Austyn has a contraction and groans, curling over his stomach. “We’ve gotta get you to the hospital,” Quin says, but Austyn exclaims “no!” and grabs Quins arm. “I don’t want to have a c-section. I want to try to have Josh here… at the house.” Quin is hesitant and he makes Austyn promise to let him take him to the hospital if it gets too intense, but he agrees. (1 minute)
9. In the living room, Quin sits on the couch rubbing Austyn’s back with one hand and his own belly with the other, as Austyn curls forward over the exercise ball, groaning in pain and covered with sweat. “Austyn, it’s been 8 hours, I think it’s time to go,” Quin says gently. “Okay,” Austyn whimpers softly. Quin helps ease Austyn onto the couch and crouches down to slide his flip flops onto his feet. Quin rubs Austyn’s belly and says he’s

going to grab the hospital and baby bags from the bedroom and then help him out to the car. In the bedroom, as Quin stoops down to grab the bag, his water suddenly breaks, and he exclaims as it splashes on his feet. Austyn calls out to ask what’s wrong, to which Quin nervously replies “nothing!” but he quickly has a contraction and sinks to the floor. “Fuck, my phone’s is in the kitchen,” Quin realizes through gritted teeth in distress. In terrible pain, he slowly crawls out into the hall and stops to rub his belly and groan through his second contraction. (2 minutes)

10. “Are you okay?” Austyn asks again from the living room, rubbing his belly nervously. When Quin doesn’t answer, he yells “Quin?!” but he’s overcome by another contraction. Austyn clutches his belly with both hands and screams, curling his toes in pain. “Fuck, babe, I need to push!” he says. “Josh is coming!” He tries to catch his breath and starts fumbling with the waistband of his shorts. Meanwhile, Quin has managed to crawl from the hall back into the living room, panting and unable to catch his breath as his belly contracts almost nonstop. “Justin… is… too…” Quin pants. “Oh god!” Austyn exclaims as Quin manages to lean back against the front of the couch that Austyn is laying on. (1 minute)

11. (Scene shows both Austyn and Quin’s faces and bellies, with below their hips hidden.)

“I’m sorry Austyn!” Quin cries, struggling against his contractions. “I’ve gotta push this baby out!” He pulls off his shorts, counts down from three, and pushes hard. Austyn, while still in pain himself, rubs Quin’s shoulder while he steadies his own belly. “C’mon, dude, push!” Austyn encourages in between his groans. After three hard pushes, Quin’s eyes widen. “Oh God, his head! I got his head out!” The boys smile excitedly for the first time that morning, and Austyn leans out a bit to look past Quin’s belly. “Wow look at all that hair!” He remarks, and Quin gives a breathy chuckle. Quin’s smile fades as his next contraction comes, and he curls over his belly to give another push. He gets the baby out to his shoulders, and then another push results in the baby being born. Quin sighs with relief and Austyn cheers, grabbing a blanket from off the couch to hand to Quin. Quin wraps his baby in it and briefly relaxes. (2 minutes)

12. Barely able to admire their new son, Austyn and Quin’s attention shifts when Austyn announces he can feel Josh’s head. Quin gently places his newborn baby next to him on the floor, and shakily crawls up onto the couch in front of Austyn’s legs. Holding his pregnant boyfriend’s knees, he encourages Austyn to push. Austyn curls over his belly and pushes hard, crying out in distress. “He’s so big!” he moans. “I know buddy, I know, trust me!” Quin says with a gentle chuckle, lovingly rubbing Austyn’s belly. After three more big pushes from Austyn and lots of encouragement from Quin, Justin’s “twin” brother Josh enters the world. (2 minutes)
13. Cleaned up and in bed, Quin and Austyn cradle their boys. “The doctor was right about these big feet,” Quin remarks. “Just like their daddies,” Austyn added with a wink, like Quin had said at the doctor’s. Quin and Austyn laugh and wiggle their toes on their bare feet before giving their boys a kiss on the foreheads. “Speaking of the doctor, we should

give him a call.” Austyn said. He dials Doctor Smith’s number and says “Hey doc, it’s Austyn.” He looks down at his and Quin’s newborn sons, smiling as he says “I don’t think we’re gonna be needing those c-sections next week…” (1 minute)
