Ash and Brody are arguing on the couch as Dr. Smith enters and greets them. The twins state they’re here to get counseling as they live together and are constantly fighting. Ash begins arguing that Brody is messy, rude and selfish as Brody insists that Ash is arrogant, judgmental and overbearing. As they continue arguing Dr. Smith tells them that he has the perfect solution as he takes out a pendulum and begins swinging it in front of Ash. He does a short induction before counting down from 3 to 1 as Ash’s eyes close and he collapses back into the couch. Brody looks confused and asks what happened as Dr. Smith repeats it with him as Brody expresses concern at what’s happening, but he too falls into trance.

Dr. Smith tells the twins that upon waking they will have no memory of being hypnotized, but whenever he says the word “switch” they will believe they are wearing the other person’s shirt and immediately take them off and swap shirts with each other. The twins are woken up as Dr. Smith asks them more about their relationship and periodically says “switch” as the twins look at their shirts and wonder why they’re wearing the other person’s shirt and take them off and give them to the other brother and put it back on. This repeats a few times as the twins wonder what’s happening. They are then put back to sleep.

Dr. Smith now tells Ash that when he wakes he will be completely unaware of anything Dr. Smith does to his body. He tells Brody that when he wakes whenever he hears the word “twin” he’s going to want to stand up and drop his pants and yell “CHECK THIS OUT!”, then have no idea why he did it. Both are woken up as Dr. Smith begins talking to Ash about why he thinks his brother is selfish. As Ash talks, Dr. Smith begins touching his biceps and feeling his muscles as Brody loudly asks what Dr. Smith is doing. Brody will insist that Dr. Smith is touching Ash, but Ash will look down and insist nothing is happening. Dr. Smith will then talk to Brody as he triggers the “twin” trigger and each time Brody pulls his pants down to reveal his underwear and yells “CHECK THIS OUT”. He gets embarrassed and wonders why he’s doing it as Ash insists that Brody never takes anything seriously and he’s making fun of the therapy session. Dr. Smith then puts both back to sleep.

Dr. Smith now gives the twins some triggers:

1)      Whenever they hear the word “Flex” they will each flex and hold the pose.

2)      Whenever they hear “strip” they will strip off a piece of clothing.

3)      Whenever they hear “chicken” each will cluck like a chicken.

Both are woken up and as Dr. Smith tries to work through their issues he triggers the above triggers in various states of undress. Once both are in their underwear he triggers them a few more times before putting them back to sleep.

Dr. Smith gives the twins the following suggestions:
1) Ash is told whenever Brody is speaking he will need to dance like a stripper and have no memory of doing it.

2- Brody is told whenever Ash is speaking he will need to dance like a ballerina and have no memory of doing it.

Both are woken up and Dr. Smith tells Ash to tell him about a time when Brody made him angry. As Ash talks, Brody begins to dance like he’s a ballerina and Ash complains how Brody always has to make a joke out of everything. He continues talking and complaining about Brody as Brody mindless dances around the room. Ash then stops talking, frustrated, as Dr. Smith asks Brody the same question. Brody begins talk as Ash dances and Brody laughs asking if Ash is making fun of him and insists that Ash never misses a chance to criticize or humiliate him. This goes back and forth as Dr. Smith asks them each questions before putting them both back to sleep.

Dr. Smith tells both his subjects when they wake they will believe they’re at a bodybuilding competition and will flex and pose mindlessly for Dr. Smith, the judge. Both are woken up and begin flexing and posing as Dr. Smith feels them both up and critiques their bodies. After a few moments he snaps his fingers and both realize what they are doing but are unable to stop flexing and posing. Both yell at Dr. Smith asking what he did to them as Dr. Smith tells them both that he is working on solving their problems before he puts them back to sleep.

Dr. Smith tells his subjects that the best way to fix their relationship is to build it up from the ground up. He removes all memories of what’s occurred today. He tells Brody that upon waking he’ll have no memory of who Ash is, he won’t remember that he has a brother and will believe he’s never seen Ash before in his life. Brody is woken up and Dr. Smith asks if they know each other. Brody looks at Ash and states they’ve never met and introduces himself to Ash. Ash looks confused and insists they’re twins, but Brody will insist he’s an only child and has never met Ash before in his life. Ash will insist their brothers and ask why Brody is fucking around. They’ll even walk in front of a mirror together as Ash insists that they’re twins. Brody, however, will insist that they look nothing alike and Ash must be confusing him with someone else. Ash continues insisting that he’s Brody’s twin but Brody still refuses with no memory of who Ash is.

Ash asks Dr. Smith what he did and Dr. Smith insists that he’s repairing their relationship as he puts both back to sleep one last time. Dr. Smith tells Ash that upon waking he’ll have no memory of who Brody is and will believe they’ve just met. He also tells both of them that for the rest of their lives they will stay in their underwear and will not be able to stop flexing and will believe it’s completely normal. Both are woken up and Ash and Brody introduce themselves to each other before they begin flexing and posing. They then wonder why they’re at a therapist’s office. Dr. Smith asks them if they know each other and both insist they’ve never met as they flex and pose. Dr. Smith will ask them if they wanted a therapy session and both decline stating they need to get back to work. Before leaving, Dr. Smith offers them their clothes but both will refuse and will insist they need to stay only in their underwear for the rest of their lives. As they flex and pose, Ash and Brody will begin asking each other about themselves (date of birth, where they live, etc.) as they both repeat the same information to eachother and wonder how “weird” it is that they have so much in common but have never met.The video ends with Ash and Brody leaving while still flexing non-stop.
