FILM 911

This is a script submission and some minor changes have been made to it in the final product. Includes a few minutes of bloopers.

Review:

“Just wanted to say the David Lawyer video was amazing. I love how non traditional the script was from what you normally do. It was very creative! David is a good actor!”

The background for this video is David is a lawyer that Dr. Smith hired to take on his case. Dr. Smith is being sued by his former personal assistant claiming that Dr. Smith used his hypnosis to perform acts against his will. He claims that since he started working for him, he has been performing weird acts in public when certain words are said, and having severe nightmares. David appears to Dr. Smith’s house to go over the case and give Dr. Smith pointers for how to handle the case. David asks Dr. Smith to show him everything that he did in the onboarding process for the former personal assistant, which he becomes blindly hypnotized……

The scene starts with Dr. Smith greeting David in the living room area and they talk about what Dr. Smith is being sued for. Dr. Smith is adamant that the entire claim is false and that the assistant is just upset because he was denied a raise. David states that the case will be difficult because this is not the first time that Dr. Smith has been under investigation. Dr. Smith is adamant that every claim is false and he only uses his hypnosis to cure clients from smoking, drinking, drugs, etc. David states that it’s going to be a difficult case to beat due to the history so he needs to prepare him as best as possible for court. David begins to train Dr. Smith on how to answer certain questions and what to expect. After conversation David asks Dr. Smith to tell him everything that happened during the onboarding process of the former assistants interview. 

Dr. Smith starts telling David the rundown of explaining the role, the pay, benefits, etc. and after it all he tells David that he made him watch this onboarding training video that helps understand the role in detail. David states that he’d like to see the video. Dr. Smith begins to play the video but in reality, it’s the swirling hypnosis screen. David asks what it is, and Dr. Smith states that this is just the loading screen and it’ll go away in a few seconds. David states that while he waits, maybe tell him about some of the things he normally states to clients while they’re going under to see if it matches with the plaintiffs claims.. But unfortunately this only furthers his own trace. Dr. Smith begins his rundown of “all of your stresses are beginning to go away etc”. Then states that when he counts down from 10 he will fall into a deep trace. While Dr. Smith countdown, David is drowsily stating “yeah….this is similar to what he said…” by the time he hits 1, he completely falls into the trace.

Dr. Smith turns off the TV (or laptop) and rubs all over David, stating that this might be his best victim yet and that his law degree didn’t even let him see the trap laid before him. He states that the case is going to go his way because the plaintiff is still under his trance and already has a trigger to drop the case. He’s seen David in previous cases and knew he was going to be his next victim. Dr. Smith begins to set up these triggers. 

When you wake you will continue the conversation we’ve been having but will completely forget about the hypnotic video he watched and about any onboarding training video and will follow these triggers:: 

•You will now believe that my name is “BABE”

•You will no longer believe that your name is David, you will be consistent that your name is “DADDY”

•Whenever you hear the word “EVIDENCE” you will begin to pick your nose for 5-10 seconds without realizing.

•Whenever you hear the word “COURT” you will flex your muscles for 5-10 seconds without realizing you’re doing it. 

•Whenever you hear the word “SUE”, you will strip an article of clothing without realizing it. 

•You will not be aware of anything that I do to your body. 

WAKE         

From waking David continues to go over the case details and Dr. Smith( (while rubbing on him)  interrupts him and states that he forgot his name and asks him to remind him of it. David states that his name is Daddy. Dr. Smith states that he thought his name was David and his business card and court documents says David as well. David states that this must be an error because his name is definitely Daddy. David states “my name is daddy but BABE we really need to continue talking about the case” While continuing to talk. Dr. Smith and David will now refer to each other as Babe and Daddy. Dr. Smith continues to apply these triggers while talking to David (Daddy) while rubbing all over his body the entire time. After running all of these triggers he’s put back to sleep.

Dr. Smith states that when you wake you will put your clothes back on, you will believe we are in court and I am on the stand (the couch) and you are questioning me. The tv will represent the judge, this plant (or other tall object)  will represent the plaintiff, you will follow the following triggers (these triggers will also activate if you state them yourself):         

•Whenever you hear the words “JUDGE” you will turn around and slap your ass and say “do you like my ass your honor” and will realize what you did and will apologize profusely. 

•Whenever you hear the word “CLIENT” (even if you state it yourself) you will grab my head and slam it against your chest and nipples without knowing and will continue to state your case about me to the judge until I snap my fingers. You  will realize what you did and will apologize profusely.

•Whenever you hear the word “PLAINTIFF” you will sexually remove a piece of clothing and throw it at the plaintiff. You will realize what you did but continue the case.

•Whenever you hear the words “OBJECTION” you will yell “I’ll show you an objection” and run and hump the “plaintiff” (the plant) and say “oh yeah you like that” until I snap my fingers and will realize what you did. 

•Whenever you hear the words “PERJURY” you will begin to give me a lap dance while you question me until I snap my fingers. You will then realize what you’re doing

•Whenever you hear the word “RECESS” you will begin to rub on your nipples as you speak until I snap my fingers. Then realize what you’re doing

WAKE     

Upon waking, David will believe that court is starting and states “your honor my name is “Daddy” and I’d like to call my “CLIENT” “Babe” to the stand (activates the trigger, as he lets go he apologizes and Dr. Smith sits on the couch). He begins his questioning. While going through questioning he is activating the triggers by asking the questions, and Dr. Smith is purposely activating the triggers within his answers. Dr. Smith begins to lean forward after a while and asks David what he’s doing, he’s ruining the case. David will begin to apologize stating that he has no idea what is going on. Eventually Dr. Smith puts him back to sleep.  

Dr. Smith states that when he wakes he will believe that the plaintiff is now on the stand will believe that Dr. Smith is the plaintiff and he’ll follow these triggers:         

•Whenever you hear the words “CRIME” you will believe the only way to get the truth out of the plaintiff is to seduce him with your muscles. You will rub your muscles and chest, ask me to feel them, perform different poses, etc. Until I snap my fingers. Once again you will snap out of it and begin to apologize profusely. 

•Whenever you hear the word “VERDICT” you will switch your accent to different styles each time you hear it (english, irish, australian, etc) and will not realize it. You will only stop when I snap my fingers.

•Whenever you hear the word “LEGAL” you will realize that you are  and will apologize profusely but cannot remember how to put your clothes back on until I say the word “REST”

Now that David is awake again. He immediately begins to grill the plaintiff (which is really Dr. Smith). The plant will now represent Dr. Smith. During the questioning, Dr. Smith is activating all of these triggers while answering the questions about himself. These are ran a few times before being put to sleep.. 

Dr. Smith states that when he wakes he will believe that they’re on recess and in a private room to investigate the case:         

WAKE   

From here Dr. Smith is asking David what the hell is going on. David is trying to explain that he is really sorry and he has no idea what is happening. He normally doesn’t act like this. Dr. Smith asks him how we can still win the case and while David is answering, Dr. Smith is activating previous triggers over and over and then finally David makes the connection.  He says “wait, me performing weirdly in court, the actions I’m performing. These are really similar to the plaintiffs experiences OMG YOU HYPNOTIZED ME”. Dr. Smith argues that he did not over and over and states why would he hypnotize him to act up in court in a case that can be catastrophic for him. David gets angry and states that he’s dropping himself from the case and is going to tell the judge about what he did to him and he plans on pressing charges. As he tries to leave, Dr. Smith puts him to sleep again.
