Jameson’s cardio evaluation – (review)
Heartbeat
I don’t know what it is about Jameson but the audio in this video is so good. Like I think some of the best we have ever recorded. This video includes two versions, one with the live audio mixed with mic and one with mic only.

1. Jameson runs on the treadmill as a favor to his friend who loves to listen to heartbeats. He runs at 5 mph and 10 mph to get Jameson’s heart rate up high. Next he has Jameson lie down and he feels up his chest/nipples and has him do some breath holds. Finally he has him do some jumping jacks in the living room and he flexes a bit.
2. Sergeant Jameson comes to the unit doctor complaining that his heart is skipping. The doctor examines him and sends home to monitor it. Jameson is now in the bathroom shirtless listening to his heart and stimulating himself a bit (nipples/belly button).
