1. Derek is going for a run when he starts to now feel so well and Dr. Smith comes to the rescue. Dr. Smith checks him out while winded in a chair, had him do mountain climbers, run on the treadmill, squats with weights, and while passed out with some muscle worship. Eventually he does and Dr. Smith does CPR on him. Visible heartbeat shot included.
2. You may not be into asian guys but this video is so HOT. Because Jett is so thin his heartbeat is incredible and visible. The video contains a nice setup where Jett admits he is into getting punished and Jay is into heartbeats. They decide to combine it and have Jay act like a drill sergeant and force Jett to work out so hard that he almost passes out. Jett runs on the treadmill, does squats, and works out with weights.
