“This video of Brad is super! Great camera angles on a great body. Brad’s an experienced actor and the exercise scenes were great. Highly recommend! And the bonus is sensational – a must see!”

This is a custom video and some changes have been made to the script below in the final product. The video has been edited so when the steth is on his chest you only hear that audio. The best stuff is when he is doing ab workouts, running on the treadmill, and a few other spots in which he is exerting himself.

Part 1

The model arrives to the doctor. the patient is a football player who has been diagnosed with a cardiac anomaly. the doctor asks him a few questions about his health: is he often out of breath? is he able to make an intense physical effort? Does he feel his heart beating in his chest?

The doctor tells him that the examination will be hard, and probably they will do it in two parts. The patient is anxious but agree.

The doctor asks him to remove his sweater and listens to his heart on several places.
Then, he asks him to lie on the table. the table is inclined. The doctor listens to the lungs on each side of the chest and asks the patient to breathe with his mouth. Then, doctor listens to the heart in different places while patient breath normally. Then, he places the steth on the apex beat and asks the patient to breathe deeply during 20 sec, then normally for 30 sec. Doctor asks Brad to turn to the side while he picks up his heartbeat. Doctor say that the beats aren’t normal.

The doctor tilts the table completely and the patient is now lying down. The doctor tries to find the visible heartbeat on the chest (The camera is placed behind the right arm of the patient). We see visible heartbeat for 15-20 sec, while the doctor control with the neck pulse. Doctor put the steth on the apex beat and ask the patient to take a breath, expel all the air of lungs and hold it the max. When Brad restarts to breath, the doctor let the steth for a few seconds to see if there is a bad reaction of the heart. This exercices is made 3 times.

The doctor explains that he wants to see heart reaction during a physical effort. He asks the model to do the maximum of abs series on the table to slightly increase the heart rate. When Brad stops and lies down, the doctor listens to the heart while the model catches his breath, until the heartbeat slows. After, he listens to lungs above pecs, he asks Brad if he is ok, Brad answer yes, but with some chest pains.

Doctor decides to harden the tests by asking Brad to do some abs, lie down and immediately hold his breath for a moment. The doctor listens to the heart at the same time and tries to catch irregular beats and skips. When Brad restarts to breath, he is exhausted and doesn’t not feeling well… he is breathing hard, he is struggling, and he is asking the doctor to catch his breath for a moment (steth always on the heart). Brad asks doctor to stop the test for today, but the doctor decides to put him on the respirator for a minute (camera behind the right arm, we see the neck, and chest moving, and maybe visible heartbeat, and steth on the heart). After the respirator, the doctor listens the heart.

Camera view : head and chest in close view.

The doctor wants to finish with an impact test on the heart. Brad is stressed and scared, he starts to breathe hard. The doctor listens to the heart because Brad starts to breath hard because of the stress and reassures him.
First, the doctor places an electrode on Brad’s chest and the steth, and tells him that he will put electric charges of 200, 300, and 400 for 10sec each (Brad asks, between each charge, to stop because he doesn’t support, but the doctor continues). Brad is excessively breathless and the doctor puts an oxygen mask on him, put the steth on his Brad’s heart and asks him to breathe hard and then normally as he lets out his heart.

Second exercise, the doctor tells Brad that he is going to put an oxygen mask, and that he will cut off the oxygen and put back the oxygen alternately. The doctor puts the stetoscope on Brad’s heart during this whole exercise. It begins with 10sec off, then 20sec then 30sec, and finaly 45 sec while leaving a small time of rest between each series.

(–> This two exercises above, it’s exactly the same as the ones done for Nick CPR, adding the heartbeats sound)

Doctor tells Brad to come tomorrow.

At home, in his bed, Brad is anxious about his tests and tell it to his friend. His friend listens to his heart with his ear. There is a little dialog between them in order to reassure Brad. Then, Brad decides to listen to his heart before sleeping. After, he put the steth on the bedside, and the camera is placed on the side with a view on his chest (for 15 seconds) when he sleeps.

Part 2

Brad arrives to the clinic for the second part. The doctor asks him if he sleeps well and if he had any problems in his chest. Brad says that he was victim of night apnea.

The hard part is now for Brad. The doctor explains him that he has to do on the treadmill for an intense effort. Brad reminds this day during a football match when he has tachycardia after a sprint and say it to the doctor. The doctor listen and reassures him: he is here if there is any problem.

On the treadmill, the doctor asks him to put first a medium speed for 1-2 min. Then doctor listen to the heart.
After, he askes Brad to put the maximum speed and run to his limit.

The doctor understood the disease and decides to inject a serum directly in the heart. The camera is places near Brad’s chest (we have to see his head and his chest): Brad has to be asleep, so the doctor place a mask on his nose and asks him to breathe deeply during 10 sec. After, Brad is sleeping, the doctor injects the serum (if we see visible heart, it is perfect). Doctor feels Brad’s neck, and then his heart with his hand and steth.

When Brad wakes up, the doctor asks him how he feels, and Brad answer that he is tired after all these tests. Doctor sends him home.
