This is a custom video and some changes/additions were made.

1. To attract new male patients, Dr Smith places ad as a psychiatrist. Ray enters and Dr Smith tells him to take a seat on the coach and asks if he wants some water. Ray replies yes and Dr Smith leaves. He returns and asks Ray how he can help as he hands him the glass of water. Jay explains about his anxiety playing ball. During conversation Ray shakes off the doziness. Dr Smith asks if he’s okay and Jay replies yes and sips some more water. As Ray continues to talk he dozes off again and shakes his head to wake up. He apologizes to the doctor doesn’t know why he’s so tired all a sudden. He takes a big gulp of water and Dr Smith say to continue. As Ray talks his speech slows down and he can’t fight off the sleepiness any more as his head tilts back in the chair. Dr Smith fondles Ray’s face and neck and says he caught a good one today. Dr Smith fondles Ray chest as he begins to undress him and says let’s see what’s under this. Dr Smith is impressed and continues to fondle his chest, and nipples. 2. Before getting on treadmill, Ray does some stretching. He swings arms across chest, twists torso side to side, stretches out calves and quads, and does a few pushups. Then Ray gets on treadmill. While Ray is focused on his run, Jay sneaks in room and grabs Ray’s towel. He pours chloroform into it, and puts towel back. After a while Ray steps off treadmill and grabs towel. Ray puts towel over his face and takes a big whiff. As Ray removes towel from face he feels a little light. He looks at towel and decides to smell towel again. Ray drops towel and tries to reach a chair but collapses after a few steps. Jay fondles Ray’s face and gently moves Ray’s head side to side . Jay notices Ray isn’t completely knocked out so he grabs the towel to put him to sleep. As Ray struggles Jay comments your the asshole who doesn’t pick up his dog poop on Jay’s front lawn. Once Ray is unconsciousness Jay continues to fondle Ray’s face saying he’s going to teach him a lesson. Jay picks up Ray from shoulders and drags him out of the room. Can you also show Ray being dragged in hallway too. In the next room Ray is seating in a chair and Jay removes his shirt. Jay rubs Ray chest and shoulders. Then kisses and licks his nipples. When Jay notices Ray slowly waking up, he ties his hands behind his back. Ray wonders what’s going on? As Jay gets the defib ready he explains how inconsiderate Ray is not cleaning up after his dog. He begins to shock Ray. Ray pleads for Jay to stop and is shocked again. As Ray screams for help Jay puts his hand over Ray’s mouth. Jay continues to keep hand over Ray’s mouth as Jay places head over Ray chest to listen to his heart beat. Jay tells him to be quiet and Ray nods yes. Jay releases hold and checks his pulse on his neck. Ray asks what’s he’s doing and Jay says he needs to slow his heart rate down. Jay grabs a pill and tries to stuff it in Ray’s mouth. Rays refuses to swallow pill and tries to spit it out. Jay continues to cover mouth until Ray swallows it. When Jay swallows pill he pleads to be released. Jay checks pulse again and heart rate is going down. Jay fondles Ray torso and explains this wouldn’t be happening if Ray just picked up after his dog. Jay hits Ray with defib 2-3 more times and checks pulse again. Ray promises he’s never leave dog poop behind. Jay say’s he’s not satisfied yet and makes Ray swallow another pill. Jay continues to defib Ray until he’s satisfied Ray learned his lesson.

3. Ray and Jay are hanging out. Ray says he’s thinking about to go school for a chiropractor degree. “You know a real medical degree unlike the hypnosis course” that Jay’s is taking. (Ray says it in mocking/teasing tone) Jay tries to explain the positive and negative to hypnosis. Ray still isn’t buying it. So Jay offers Ray a demonstration? Jay takes out pendulum and tells Ray to take a deep breath and to relax. Jay tells Ray his eye lids are getting heavy etc… Ray eyes roll back and head tilts back. Jay tells Ray to stand up and remove his shirt. Jays tells Ray to do a back double biceps and and begins to worship Ray’s arms. Jay tells Ray to turn around to do front double biceps. Jay rubs Ray chest and plays with his nipples. Jay says wake up. Ray freaks out his shirt is off. Jay explains he was hypnotized and Jay doesn’t believe him, so Jay says sleep. Jay continues to worshipping Ray’s muscle. He begins to lick and kiss Ray’s nipples and belly button. Then tells Ray to remove his shorts and worships Ray some more. Jay says wake and Ray is confused how his clothes is removed. Jay puts Ray to sleep again. Jay decides to have some fun and tells Ray to go to bedroom. In bedroom Jay commands Ray to cock-a-doodle-doo like a roster then tells him to do a front abdominal flex. Then tells Ray to act like a cat and purr at Jay’s feet. Then to do a side triceps flex. Jay stands behind Ray and plays with his nipples. Jay takes out a rag of chloroform and tells Jay to breathe it in, it’s time to go to sleep. Ray falls on the bed, and Jay kisses, fondles and licks Ray entire body. Jay comments he could have done this sooner to Jay.

4. In bedroom Ray is getting ready to leave. Jay sneaks up behind Ray with a rag of chloroform telling the big man he’s not going anywhere. Jay struggles to break free, but Jay has a tight grip on the rag. Ray collapses onto Jay’s lap on the floor. Jay lifts Ray arm and releases it to make sure he’s out. He does the same thing to the other arm. He fondles Ray’s face and chest. Jay moves Ray to the bed. As Jay removes Ray’s clothes, he fondles and kisses his body. Then he ties Ray up. When Ray wakes up he sees Jay placing electrode on him. Jay grabs the rag and tells him he shouldn’t be up yet. When he’s out Jay fondles Jay’s face and kisses the nipples. He begins to shocks Ray with ECT. Ray wakes up and Jay knocks him out again. Jay shocks Ray some more but this time he doesn’t wake up. Jay checks for pulse and does CPR. When Ray wakes up, Ray says he’s sorry for not putting away the weights after he finished. Jay offers him a deal. He grabs the rag again and tells him he’s going to place rag over his nose and mouth. If the rag is still on his face when he returns, he’ll let him go. If he’s awake the punishment with with the ECT will continue. Jay places rag on Ray and leaves. You see Ray shacking head deciding what to do.
