A friend throws back the blanket and begins to resuscitate the guy. He uses chest compressions and an artifi-cial mouth to mouth.
Not long after a friend was able to revive the guy. But his conditions is not stabilized. He is breathing very heavy. In this conditions the guy is been getting in the ER.

Episode 2. In the ER
The guy is in the ER. He is laying on the table wearing only briefs. The patient is conscious, but his condition is not stable. He is breathing heavy and deeply. A doctor begins to work with the patient. He fastens electrodes on his chest.
Then a doctor puts on oxygen mask on the guy’s face. He continues to have heavy breathing. After that a doctor makes a full medical exam of his patient. A doctor listens to his heartbeat and his breathing, a doctor measures the blood pressure, checks his pupils of the eyes. It would be great if a doctor makes all manipula-tions wearing the medical gloves.
Suddenly the guy takes a very deep breath and then his breath stops. His heart has stopped too.
A doctor begins to resuscitate the patient. He uses cardiac massage and defibrillator. Then a doctor takes off the oxygen mask from the guy’s face and makes to him the artificial respiration using a ambu bag.
The patient’s heartbeat comes back after several minutes of resuscitation. In several minutes the guy comes in his conscious. He is stable.

Episode 3 . Examination under anesthesia
The guy comes to the doctor. He complains of severe chest pain. The doctor asks the patient to undress com-pletely. The guy is standing in his shorts. The doctor listens to the patient’s breathing and heartbeat.
Then the doctor asks the guy to lie on the table to hold his body palpation. The guy lies on the table. The doctor begins to exam of the patient’s body. Every touch makes him unbearable pain. The guy moans. In this regard, the doctor decides to immerse the patient in deep anesthesia to carry out a detailed examination.
Preparation for anesthesia. Doctor attaches electrodes to the patient’s chest, putting his hand on the device for measuring blood pressure. Before the introduction of special medicines for anesthesia doctor measures pres-sure, listens guy’s heartbeat.
Then the doctor injects a medicine to a vein in the patient’s arm. Simulate injection a medicine slowly. During the injection the doctor asks the guy to do a couple of deep breaths to enhance the effect of the injected medicine. During this procedure the doctor talks to a patient in order to understand when a guy falls asleep. After about a minute after medicine injection the guy falls asleep.
Then, to anesthesia was deep, the doctor throws the patient’s head and puts on his face the oxygen mask, through which oxygen is supplied. A minute later the guy is under general anesthesia. Doctor attaches the mask on the patient’s face.
Then the doctor performs a complete examination of the patient. He makes palpation of guy’s body, listens to his breathing and heart, measures his blood pressure.
Then the doctor notices that the guy stopped breathing, his heart stopped. The doctor begins to resuscitate the patient. He removes the oxygen mask from the face of the guy and intubated him. The doctor inserts a tube into the patient’s mouth and delivers oxygen through it. For resuscitation the doctor uses a defibrillator, cardiac
massage and oxygen flow through a tube in guy’s mouth.
After several minutes of resuscitation guy’s heartbeat is restored. But he doesn’t come to his senses. The guy is in a coma. The patient is delivered to the ICU.
Episode 4. In the ICU
The patient is in the intensive care. He’s in a coma. There is an endotracheal tube in his mouth. There are electrodes on his chest. There is an apparatus for measuring blood pressure on his arm. Attach tube with tape. He is wearing only short briefs. His body is not covered with anything.
The patient is connected to the artificial ventilation of the lungs. Suppose for several minutes the guy’s chest rises and falls evenly, imitating the work of a respirator. Then a doctor begins to check the status of the patient. He listens to his heart, changes his blood pressure, checks his pupils, checks his pulse on his neck and arm.
After checking of patient’s condition you decide to try to take him out of the coma. You make him a special injection, turn off the ventilator, but don’t remove the tube from patient’s mouth. About a minute after that the guy opens his eyes. You ask him to make sharp exhalation during which a doctor is removing the tube from guy’s mouth.
A doctor listens to his breathing again. The guy suddenly gasps, he loses consciousness. His heart stops again. A doctor begins to resuscitate the patient again. A doctor intubates him again. A doctor connects the ambu bag to intubated tube and gives oxygen through it. A doctor uses defibrillator.
After 2-3 defibrillations guy’s heart begins to beat again, but he is still unconscious. A doctor connects the patient to the respirator again.
