Pablo is waiting for his date to arrive with the young ladies father Dr. Smith. Water is offered and as Dr. Smith exits the room fills with gas and Pablo goes limp. Dr. Smith comes into frame wearing a gas mask, drags him onto the follow, and starts to resucitate Pablo with AED, ambu bag, and compressions. Pablo comes around and is placed in a chair and felt. He attempts to come around several times and is knocked out with a rag each time. Then electrodes are placed on his abs and Dr. Smith watches his abs take the abuse. Next we find Pablo handcuffed to a chair with electrodes placed all over his chest. Dr. Smith sensations current into his body over and over again while trying to keep him stable via compressions and mouth to mouth CPR. Now he strangles Pablo until he is almost dead and then another time to send him into cardiac arrest. Pablo is brought back with defibrillates, compressions, and mouth to mouth but isn’t doing well. Dr. Smith leaves and tells him to use the defibrillator on himself or he won’t make it. Pablo is now hypnotized and told to flex and do some exercises. Dr. Smith then places a bag over his head till he passes out and then injects something into his neck and he foams at the mouth till he is out.
In the final scene (only available in the Clips4sale version), Dr. Smith enjoys resuscitating and torturing Pablo till he cums (Dr. Smith cums).
