Dr Smith answers the door to Noah, who Dr Smith believes is a journalist, who is coming to do a positive news report on his medical practice. Noah sits down and quickly reveals that he is writing an undercover report on the disappearance of several young men recently, and that he has discovered that all of these men came to visit Dr Smith before their disappearances. Dr Smith says he is very shocked by this accusation, and wants to know whether Noah has told his paper that he was coming to visit him. Noah says he has been working on this article on his own, and will tell his bosses after the interview. Dr Smith offers Noah a drink – Noah says yes – Dr Smith drugs Noah’s drink and brings it back.

Dr Smith says he is shocked by Noah’s story, as Noah drinks lots of the drugged drink. Noah says he is going to bring Dr Smith down, and has all the evidence he needs right there with him. Noah then starts rubbing his eyes and struggles to focus. He says he is feeling very dizzy and tries to get up, but falls back into the chair. As Noah starts stumbling over his words, he drops his paperwork containing the evidence. Dr Smith picks it up, saying “I’ll take care of that for you!”. Noah then tries to answer his cellphone, saying his office is calling. Dr Smith takes the mobile phone from Noah, saying he doesn’t need to speak to them right now. As Noah struggles to speak, Dr Smith encourages him to lie back on the chair and relax, as he looks tired. Dr Smith then goes behind Noah and sprays some chloroform onto to a cloth. The camera then closes in on Noah’s face as Dr Smith slowly presses the cloth over his mouth. He encourages Noah to breathe deeply as he is now under complete control. Noah makes lots of muffled noises as he fights the chloroform until he finally groans, rolls back his eyes and passes out. Dr Smith says he has big plans for Noah to stop his sharing his story.

We next see Noah lying on the bed, as Dr Smith starts stripping him of his shoes and clothes. Noah is then tied down to the bed, and a gag is placed in his mouth to keep him quiet. Just after being gagged, Noah starts to wake up, but then passes out immediately again. DrSmith plays with Noah’s hair, strokes his face and runs his finger down his nose a few times, pressing down on his nose. He also runs his finger across Noah’s bottom lip. Noah starts to wake up and Dr Smith puts his hand over his mouth, and tells him to listen. He says Noah’s story about him will never be published, and that he now needs to take care of Noah. He then chloroforms Noah again with Noah fighting as hard as he can. Dr Smith then removes the gag, and rubs his fingers over Noah’s lips and the gap between the bottom of Noah’s nose and his top lip. Dr Smith says “now it’s time to look at this amazing body”.

Dr Smith then takes the chance to explore Noah’s body, including playing with his nipples, sucking his nipples and feeling his strong arms and legs. He then does some CPR and electric shock work on Noah after strangling him.
