SCENE 1:

In the lab, Leo is laying on the gurney. His full body in view, still clothed and wearing shoes. His sweatpants are raised very slightly at the ankle, showing his white ankle socks still in his shoes. He is unconscious. Dr Smith begins to check his vital signs, pulse, breathing etc. Leo then begins to writhe slowly, as if the effects of the poison are still going through his system, his eyes start to roll, his body twitches, he then begins to struggle breath. Dr Smith places an oxygen mask over his face to help him, but Leo struggles even more, his body shaking and him gasping for air. At that moment he flatlines. Dr Smith begins chest compressions on a lifeless Leo. He then preps the defib paddles and rips open his t-shirt. He tries countless times to revive Leo, each shock of the defib paddles causes his body to jolt, right down to his feet. After Leo becomes stable, Dr Smith connects wires to chest. Leo continues to writhe slightly and occasionally grown and gasp for air. Dr Smith removes Leo’s shoes, revealing some sweaty white ankle socks. His toes twitch and curl as Dr Smith massages his socked feet and sniffs them multiple times. Leo then begins to convulse once again, so Dr Smith repeats CPR and defib shocks. Each time Leo is shocked his eyes open and roll and his socked feet twitch and curl.

SCENE 2:

Leo is now sat upright on the bed, with no t-shirt on, wearing his grey joggers and pumps/vans. He is wearing an oxygen mask and is still out of it. His eyes rolling and body writhing. As Dr Smith walks in, he tries to speak, but he is wearing a mask and his arms are strapped to the bed. Dr Smith removes the mask, allowing Leo to talk. However, he is still lacking energy and writhing, so his speech is slow and slurring. He asks what happened to him and how long he has been here. Dr Smith tells him that this is all just role play and none of it is real. Leo is confused but too out of it to realise. Dr Smith then begins to shock him with the defib paddles when he is still conscious. He does this a few times, each time Leo groans in pain as he is shocked. As the shocks continue his shoes fly off, revealing his dirty white ankle socks. After a few more shocks, Dr Smith holds a paddle down his chest and turns it to full. Still sat upright, Leo is violently electrocuted, eyes rolling, socked toes curling and body shaking. Once he flatlines Dr Smith lowers the bed. As Leo is laying lifeless, Dr Smith removes his sweatpants, revealing some tight fitted white boxer shorts. He begins to carress Leo’s body, moving around from his abs, legs and down to his socked feet. Leo begins to react to this in a dazed and confused way, almost as if he’s enjoying it, but not knowing what is really happening. Dr Smith decides he wants to have more fun with Leo, so he injects him in the heart, causing him to convulse and gasp for air once again. His whole body is in view as we see him writhing on the gurney, his abs tightening and his socked feet curling and twitching. The injections leave Leo in a trance-like daze. He continues to writhe and roll his eyes etc. Dr Smith begins chest compressions with Leo still semi-conscious, we hear him groan slightly each time Dr Smith pumps his chest, his toes still twitching. He then begins rounds of defib shocks, each time Leo groans in pain as his eyes roll back. The electricity once again runs through his body right down to his socked toes. As the defib shocks become stronger he eventually flatlines. Dr Smith then panics and completes a further round of CPR and defibs shocks to bring him back, he eventually does.

SCENE 3:

The camera is placed at the foot of the gurney, with the soles of Leo’s socked feet in full view. Dr Smith straps Leo down, he is only wearing his boxer shorts and his white ankle socks. He begs Dr Smith to let him go, trying to lift his head as he does so. Dr Smith attaches wires to his head and continually electrocutes him, sending electricity through his body, his whole body convulses, his toes curling and twitching. After a while, Leo flatlines, Dr Smith says ‘he isn’t finished’ and begins violent chest compressions on him, his whole-body rocking from side to side as he does CPR. He does a few rounds of CPR and defib shocks to restart his heart.

The camera is then placed at the other end of the gurney, at Leo’s head, his full body in view, including his socked feet. Leo is wearing an oxygen mask. Now Leo is writhing, he is groaning and gasping for air. Dr Smith continues CPR and rounds with the defib paddles. Each time he is shocked his eyes open wide in pain and his toes curl, but he remains in an almost vegetive state, still writhing and occasionally groaning/gasping.
