Langley comes to see Dr. Smith for some muscle pain in his chest and shoulder. Dr. Smith gives him an injection and he passes out and his molested by the good doctor. Then Langley is given some ECT treatments, flatlines, and is brought back to life but he is still struggling so Dr. Smith administers CPR/Defib. Langley flatlines and Dr. Smith tries life support but it fails so he tries to resuscitate him but he doesn’t make it and is covered with a sheet.
