Just then Dr Smith bends down to tie his shoelace up, Jules leans over and switches the defib paddles on. “Hurry up and bring me back to life, Doc”, Jules shouts as Dr Smith returns and carries on shocking him. This time the paddles are live and we hear the noise, but Dr Smith doesn’t notice. Jules is acting at first, but as the effect of the electricity gets worse with each shock, Jules begins to feel the pain, eyes roll. Dr Smith says how good his ‘acting it’, before ‘pretending’ to raise the voltage, not realising they are switched on. Jules is helpless as he is continually shocked, semi-conscious, eyes rolling, his full body twitching between shocks. Dr Smith then turns the machine on to ‘constant’ and hols the paddles on his bare chest. Jules is electrocuted for quite some time, foaming at the mouth – one his shoes flies off and we see his toes twitching as his sweaty white socks are on show. Once Dr Smith finally stops shocking him, he tries to wake the lifeless Jules – eyes wide open, his foot still twitching. He checks his pulse and then the machine, realising it was turned on. He then quickly removes Jules’ other shoe and begins real CPR, defibs and mouth to mouth. The full body view allows us to see Jules’ socked toes twitch and curl as he his shocked, his eyes opening wide each time he is shocked.

Jules is sat upright on the bed, with his shirt completely off, with his lower part of his body covered in a white sheet. His feet (still in his white ankle socks) are poking out of the end of the sheet, just enough so we can also see a bit of his bare ankles showing. His wrists are strapped to the gurney. Jules, now weak and a bit dazed, tells Dr Smith that he will report him to the cops for ‘trying to kills him’! Dr Smith tells him he didn’t know the machine was turned on etc. As Jules continues to threaten Dr Smith, Dr Smith quickly puts an oxygen mask on his face and slowly gasses him. Jules begins to loose oxygen, eyes rolling, toes curling, gasping for air. He eventually passes out. He lies there, unconscious, still twitching and writhing a little. Dr Smith caresses his socked feet, sniffing them and massaging them. He then lowers the gurney and removes sheet. We see Jules is in just his underwear and socks. Dr Smith then injects Jules with a serum that causes him to writhe and gasp in pain, followed by a long convulsion. As Jules flatlines, Dr Smith begins chest compressions and shocks him with the defib paddles. Each time he is shocked his eyes open, he groans in pain (but remains vegetive) and his toes twitch and curl. As Jules is revived, he is now almost unresponsive, almost vegetive. Dr Smith raises up the gurney again. His tongue keeps sticking out and he fully body and toes twitch. Dr Smith vows to take his revenge, by teasing and mocking him. Messing his hair, lifting up his arms, playing with his boxer shorts and his thighs, legs and socked feet. Jules eventually begins to enjoy being caressed and starts to get pleasure from it. Dr Smith lets this happen for a bit before strangling him with the tube oxygen mask. Jules gasps and chokes before being able to regain his breath as Dr Smith stops for a moment. Jules asks “what are you playing at, you idiot?”, Dr Smith then continues to strangle him, leaving Jules almost dead. Dr Smith then turns the paddles on at full and presses them down on his chest for quite some time to give him a huge shock, he then flatlines again.
