Joey comes to see Dr. Smith cause he is having issues with his asthma. Naturally, Dr. Smith suggests a “breathing” treatment and Joey goes under. Dr. Smith then takes his time advantage of him. First he takes time to feel up Joey’s face, then he lets his arms drop when he picks them up, then he does his best to pick him a bit so he can lean against his body, and finally he touches his feet all over. Oh, but he isn’t done and gets on top and licks his belly button and nipples. Then the real fun begins and he shocks him with the paddles over and over again till he flatlines. CPR ensues and once revived Dr. Smith leaves the room. Joey stumbles to get up and then tries to get away but Dr. Smith knocks him out. Next we find Joey handcuffed and laying on the bed and Dr. Smith decides to end things by suffocating him to death. Once flatlined, Dr. Smith decides to revive him and leave. Joey comes around but Dr. Smith is hiding and knocks him out one final time.
