Jesse is being interviewed by Dr. Smith for a position when Dr Smith starts asking if he was open to a personal relationship as well. Fortunately for Dr. Smith, Jessie has already drank the special agent and goes under as he tries to leave. Dr. Smith then tapes his mouth shut, handcuffs him to the chair, and electro tortures him till he flatlines. In the next scene we find Dr. Smith performing CPR on Jesse and then dragging him to the bedroom. Once on the bed, Dr. Smith feels him up, straps him down, and blindfolds him. Jesse comes around and resists only to be tazed. The taser cause him to have trouble breathing and he flatlines and more CPR is administered.

Jesse is now back in the office and out cold as Dr. Smith films a video to introduce his long time client John to his new unwilling escort. John comes and goes and Jesse tries to escape only to be knocked out in the hallway.
