Jacob is fast asleep as Dr. Smith creeps and explores his belly button and nipples with his fingers/tongue until he moves onto his feet. Jacob starts to come around only to be knocked out and further molested. Just for protection, Dr. Smith straps him down and then strangles him to death followed by rounds of mouth to mouth CPR and chest compressions. Jacob comes around and is told if he doesn’t shut up and comply that he will die. Dr. Smith goes back to feeling him up and then injects his heart and he dies. Jacob is then moved to Dr. Smith lab where CPR starts up again. Once he comes around Dr. Smith places a mask on his face to force oxygen in and out (belly expanding) and then uses ECT on him until he dies and is covered with a sheet.
