This is a custom video with some changes made to the script, clothing, etc . .

Scene 1

Camera angle – Full view of Jacob, slight angle. Ensuring his feet are in shot.
Clothing – Jeans, tight t-shirt, pumps/converse/vans, dirty white, sweaty thin ankle socks

Jacob knocks on Dr Smith’s door asking to use his phone. Dr Smith agrees and Jacob enters, asking if he needs to remove his shoes. Dr Smith tells him not to worry. Jacob goes through to use the phone. As he is speaking to someone Dr Smith wraps the phone cord around Jacob’s neck and attempts to strangle him. Jacob struggles and begins to gasp. Eventually he breaks free and runs for the door but is tazed by Dr Smith. As his body violently convulses he foams from the mouth and falls to the floor. Jacob attempts to crawl to the door when he dragged back by Dr Smith. As he is lying on the floor looking weary, he begs Dr Smith to let him go, but he tazers him again. He eventually falls unconscious. He is dragged off, with only his legs and feet (with shoes still on) in shot as he disappears.

Dr Smith drags Jacob to the hospital and examines him on the gurney. Jacob is conscious but is disorientated, breathing/groaning erratically and writhing. Dr Smith removes his t-shirt and attaches wires. Jacob wakes up and asks where he is, Dr Smith informs him that he cannot escape. As he tries to escape Jacob is knocked out by a heavy object. He falls unconscious and has to be resuscitated with cpr and defib. Each time he is shocked he convulses all over and his chest lifts sharply.

Jacob begins to twitch as the doctor continues his examination. Doctor removes his shoes revealing some sweaty worn, tight fitted plain white ankle socks. As he does this the patients feet twitch and he continually groans , prompting a violent fit and subsequent rounds of cpr and defibs.

Scene 2
Clothing – Sweatpants/jogging bottoms, shoes (pumps), no shirt, white sweaty fitted dirty ankle socks.

Jacob on the hospital bed sat in an upright position. He is confused and appears scruffy as if he has been beaten (hair messy etc). Dr Smith appears and informs him the punishment is not over. Jacob begs for freedom but it is too later, Dr Smith gags him and electro tortures him with the defib machine. Jacob cries out in pain each time he is shocked, he again starts to foam at the mouth. Eventually he passes out. Dr smith reclines the bed so he is lying down.

Jacob begins to come round, but is very disorientated, constantly groaning in pain, eyes rolling, toes twitching. As his body writhes (arms and legs slowly moving etc) This continues as the Doctor uses the defib even though he is conscious. Each time he is shocked his eyes open in pain, he can be heard groaning in pain.

Jacob is now dazed and confused, he can be seen writhing and occasionally groaning. Doctor removes his shoes, revealing his sweaty white ankle socks. The Doctor threatens Jacob with the defib paddles, the patient pleads with him not to shock him, however he does, prompting him to grown in pain. The doctor continues to shock Jacob repeatedly, each time his eyes opening in pain with groaning and erratic breathing. Jacob occasionally tries to sit up but each time he is shocked back down. The doctor increases the power and continues to shock. Dr Smith turns the power up to maximum, causing his body to violently convulse. Eventually he flatlines. The doctor completes further founds of CPR/Defib on an unconscious Jacob , but he ultimately dies.

Scene 3
Clothing – White sweaty ankle socks, white boxer shorts (underwear)

Jacob is completely covered underneath a white sheet. Doctor enters and peels the sheet back to reveal his lifeless face and bare chest. Doctor attaches wires to patient’s head and proceeds to give him electro convulsive therapy. His feet can be seen twitching underneath the sheet. Doctor then slightly removes the sheet to reveal patients white socked feet, they stick out of the end of the sheet as he endures more shock therapy. In-between shocks he starts to come round, writhing, twitching, eyes rolling, toes curling. Lots of groans, erratic breathing and pleads to ‘make it stop’

The Doctor then removes the sheet completely leaving him in just his socks and a pair of white tight boxer shorts (underwear). The Doctor straps Jacob to the bed. Jacob begins to writhe slightly and the doctor feels up him, caressing his body from his chest, legs and to his toes. Jacob , although still dazed, visibly enjoys this. Dr Smith shocks Jacob with the defib paddles, although in pain the patient (dazed and confused) seems to take some form of pleasure from this. The Doctor then repeats the shock therapy, but loses the patient and has to use the defib a number of times to revive him. He comes round. Jacob then slowly begins to hyperventilate, eventually falling into another fit. He flatlines.

Camera angle 2 – Could you please position the camera so the soles of the patients socked feet take up most of the shot? Always desperate for a shot like this for a while. Thank you!

The Doctor injects a needle into Jacob chest, forcing his eyes to open in pain and we eventually see the effects work as his body reacts (fitting, convulsing etc.) As he fits his toes and fingers curl and his eyes roll. Just as he starts to come round and attempt to sit up the Doctor reveals another needle, the patients begs him not to use it but he pins him down and does it again. As the patient lays lifeless, the doctor repeats some rounds of CPR and Defib before giving up and covering him over with the sheet, leaving just his socked feet poking out.
