DJ the @!#$%^ landlord

DJ is a rich young man, who’s inherited his parents money and real estate. One of his parent’s properties includes Dr. Smith’s house.
DJ comes over to inspect Dr. Smith’s house. The house is clean but DJ isn’t impressed and finds little faults. DJ tells Dr. Smith he’s going to raise next months rent by $100. Dr. Smith tries to protest but DJ says “There’s a lot of tenants who are ready to move in, if you don’t like it.” Dr. Smith shows DJ into the living room. On the TV, a hypnotic video is playing. DJ sees it and quickly becomes entranced. Dr. Smith puts DJ under his control and says he won’t raise the rent or remember anything when he wakes up.
Dr. Smith orders DJ to slowly take his clothes off like a stripper. Dr. Smith plays some music on his phone. Dr. Smith then orders DJ to drop down and do some pushups. After a short set, Dr. Smith tells DJ to pose like a bodybuilder. DJ flexes his biceps, chest, back and quads. Dr. Smith stands beside DJ and feels up his body, while he’s posing. Dr. Smith says “You look hot now but I have some plans for you.” Dr. Smith behind DJ and snatches him in a choke hold. Dr. Smith lets DJ go limp in his arms and then drags him away.
Dr. Smith drags DJ to the Dr.’s office and dumps his body on the gurney. Dr. Smith is torn because he’s pissed at DJ but he also wants to worship his body. Dr. Smith worships DJ’s feet a little before strapping him down. Dr. Smith takes his time worshiping DJ’s body before he wakes up. When DJ wakes up, he struggles a lot. Dr. Smith tries to calm DJ down but he won’t stop squirming. Dr. Smith zaps DJ several times with his mini taser. DJ’s breathing becomes more and more erratic but he keeps struggling, so Dr. Smith strangles him till he passes out.
Dr. Smith unstraps DJ and tries to wake him up but he doesn’t have a pulse. Dr. tries to revive DJ with CPR and ambu bag but he’s still unresponsive. Dr. Smith tries several rounds of defib and CPR and is finally able to get a pulse. DJ is still unconscious so Dr. Smith puts an oxygen mask on DJ and leaves him alone to recover.
DJ is back on the couch, fully clothed and sleeping. Suddenly he wakes up startled. Dr. Smith comes in and asks if DJ is okay. DJ is groggy and can’t remember what happened. Dr. Smith tells DJ he just fainted but he’ll be alright with some rest. DJ apologizes to Dr. Smith and says he won’t be raising the rent. DJ thanks Dr. Smith for looking after him and they shake hands and hug. However, Dr. Smith want to have more fun so he knocks him out over and over.
