Dj has been exercising in preparation for a sports competition he will participate in. During his last training, he suffered a minor muscle strain and goes to Dr. Smith for a good massage, as he thinks that will help. Dj is put on the massage table (trunks only) and we see doctor give him a massage, massaging his pecs and abs, his nipples, his arms, legs etc. Dj is a bit nervous about Dr. Smith going all over his body and after the massage has been going on for a while, Dj shows to be quite nervous on the massage table, close to being panicky, and starts to hyperventilate. Dr. Smith tells Dj to calm down, that there is nothing to worry about, this is just a massage, and Dj should enjoy and relax. So Dj is asked to suck in his stomach several times, so that we can see his ribs. Dr. Smith tells him this is for breath control and helps Dj to relax. Dj performs this breath control exercise several times. Dj finally starts to enjoy the massage and dozes off (his head falling sidewards towards the camera). We can admire Dj’s body whilst he sleeps. The massage continues and Dr. Smith and we enjoy Dj’s ripped body. During the massage, and whilst Dj is sleeping, Dr. Smith manipulates his body in various ways as part of the massage. As Dj is sleeping, his body is very limp, which should be shown.

Suddenly, during the massage, Dj wakes up from his sleep as he starts feeling uncomfortable. He wakes up, his breathing becomes more and more erratic, his hand reaches for his chest, he is gasping for air (repeatedly, in the way how Alexander was doing so well in his clips) he is sucking his stomach whilst seeking for breath. He mumbles that he cannot breathe and cries for help. His body is twitching, convulsing, muscles all tensed up and whilst touching his chest he gets a massive heart attack. He utters a massive final breath, his head and torso is rising from the massage table, we see further gasps of breath and his body then falls flat on the massage table, his arms spread and he stops breathing.

Doctor immediately applies CPR, bagging and defib to start his heart again. Various electroshocks are also applied of various strength to bring Dj back to life. We see his body reacting heavily to the ever stronger electroshocks with heavy convulsions. Dj remains flatlined. Doctor continues with CPR and the electroshocks and after further attempts, he feels a light pulse. Dj is still unconscious but seems to be out of danger.

In the next part of the scene, Dj is on the gurney in the “hospital setting”. Doctor feels him up whilst he is laid on the gurney. We admire Dj’s still unconscious body whilst the doctor feels him up. Doctor decides to intubate Dj to make it easier for him to breathe. We see stomach sucking during intubation. Doctor feels Dj up during the intubation, we see him caressing Dj’s torso during intubation, which lasts for a while. Dj slowly comes around but is still very dizzy and weak. He asks what has happened and doctor tells him he got a heart attack during the massage.

Dj is left on the gurney to recover from his ordeal whilst the doctor attends to other patients. Dj is going with his hands over his chest and abs, as his body hurts from the ordeal he has gone through. He moans a bit about the pain whilst his hands go over his own body. He then dozes off again as he is very weak (his head falling sidewards towards the camera). We see him sleeping on the gurney, whilst we admire his body. That lasts for a while. Dr. Smith checks up on him whilst he is asleep taking his pulse, listening to his chest etc. Dr. Smith seems to be satisfied that everything will be fine and feels him up a bit. Dr. Smith then goes away to attend to other patients. Dj suddenly wakes up, gasping for air, mumbling repeatedly for help, his torso rises up, muscles all tense up and he goes into cardiac arrest. With a massive final breath he flatlines and his body drops hard on the gurney, spread eagled and mouth wide open. The doctor arrives and tries to save him by applying CPR, defib, electroshocks and bagging. After various attempts, Dj remains flatlined. Doctor then lifts his limp body (emphasising limp body with dangling arms and head) and applies some CPR. We see Dj’s lifeless body and dangling arms and head whilst doctor applies CPR on him in that position. That remains without result, and doctor arranges Dj’s lifeless and limp body back on the gurney.

Doctor then injects him with a powerful medicine to revive him. At first nothing happens and Dj remains lifeless. We can all admire his lifeless body for some moments. Doctor feels Dj up. After a few minutes, Dj violently wakes up and gets an allergic reaction to the drug. His body (Including arms and legs) is twitching and convulsing heavily, he is gasping for air, sucking his stomach repeatedly in search of breath, mumbling for help. The doctor is in a panic and does not know what to do. We see the violently twitching and convulsing body of Dj, all tensed up, uttering loud noises and loud gasping for air (as Alexander did so well in his clips). He cries for help, begging Dr. Smith to to help him (help me, help me, do something,, I do not want to die, help, help, I do not feel my legs and arms anymore, I am getting cold…). Dr. Smith tries to calm Dj down, telling him to continue breathing, concentrate on breathing, whilst he tries to find a remedy to save Dj. Dj is now in agony and is seriously struggling to stay alive. Breathing becomes more and more difficult and we can see Dj gasping for air. He continues to cry for help, but his words are very difficult to understand as he cannot utter them anymore. Dj is fading away. Dj then utters a massive final long and loud breath, and his body then drops hard on the gurney and after some final gasps of air he exhales his last breath which we can clearly hear, and Dj dies, mouth wide open.

Doctor first feels for a pulse and is then shaking Dj’s body to wake him up. We see the very limp body of Dj. Doctor pronounces Dj dead. He then caresses the lifeless body of Dj for a while, saying what a shame it is that such a young and promising man has now died. Dr. Smith arranges the body on the gurney to prepare it for the next of kin to greet Dj.  We can now all admire the lifeless and properly arranged body of Dj for a while which we get to see from various angles. This ends the story.
