This is a custom video and some changes have been made.

Derek has show-up at the doctors office for the “routine”procedure. He should be in his boxers and socks on the exam table. He should be cooperative and in a good mood.

The doctor should put the mask on him and tell him to count backwards from 100 as he is going under anesthesia for a routine procedure. Dereck should go slowly under and make it to 85 before he is under anesthesia. Dereck should do the count down.

The doctor should perform the surgery (obviously, you cannot show that part), but you should show some effort.

Next:
Dereck should be shown awake and with a bandage around his head (or over his forehead) on the exam table.

Dereck: (groggy)How did it everything go?
Doctor: You did very well.

Doctor has a remote control in his hand and presses a button.

Dereck goes totally blank and stares forward.

Doctor: Dereck you follow my every instruction.
Dereck: I will follow your instruction, master.

Doctor then instructs Dereck to (off the exam table):
1) do push ups
2) flex
3) do jumping jacks

Dereck back on the exam table, staring forward.

Doctor: all you will remember is you had a routine procedure. Everything is good.
Dereck: I had a routine procedure.
Doctor: I will have things for you to do in the further. And your will obey.
Dereck: I will follow your instruction, master.

Doctor: presses a different button on the remote and has him do different tasks.

Dereck: (comes out of the mind control chip and is in a good mood)
Dereck: thanks Doctor I am not sure what you did, but I feel great.
