We open with a full shot of Derek sleeping on the couch. He’s passed out after a night of partying. Dr. Smith comes up to check on him and notices a bulge in his pocket. He pulls out an empty pill bottle. Dr. Smith realizes it’s one of his prescriptions and that Derek stole it. Derek wakes up but Dr. Smith immediately strangles him till he passes out.

It would be great if you could get a shot of Derek being dragged by his wrists through the hallway like in one of Garrett’s Dr. Smith videos.

Derek is dumped on the bed and Dr. Smith strips him to his undies. The Dr. forgets he’s mad at Derek and worships his body for a couple minutes. The Dr. snaps out of it and realizes he needs to punish Derek. He straps his arms and legs down and then attaches electrodes to his chest.

Derek wakes up and is freaked out. The Dr. asks him about the pills but Derek pretends he doesn’t know. The Dr. shocks him a couple times but Derek still tries to play innocent. After a couple more shocks Derek admits he stole them but swears he was going to replace them. He begs Dr. Smith to let him go. The Dr. pretends to show pity but then shocks him even longer. Derek passes out and Dr. Smith sees that his heart has stopped. He does a several rounds of compressions and ambu bag which bring Derek back. The Dr. decides Derek has had enough and lets him recover.

Derek is back sleeping on the couch just like in the beginning. He wakes up with a scream and Dr. Smith rushes in and asks what’s wrong. Derek says he had a really vivid nightmare that he was tortured and died. The Dr. puts his arm around him and assures Derek it was just a dream. The Dr. tells Derek he’d never hurt him and they hug. Was it all just a dream? You decide.

I would really like Derek to wear white socks, everything else I can accept as subject to change.
