Private Chase Johnson is at Dr. Smith’s office for his annual physical. Dr. Smith starts by having him take shirt off so he can listen to his heart. With his shirt off Dr. Smith begins to palpitate Private Johnson’s chest/abdomen and starts playing with his nipples. Private Johnson asks if it is necessary and Dr. Smith insists. Next Dr. Smith gives him a breathing treatment for his asthma which knocks him out. While out, Dr. Smith gets on the table and licks his belly button and nipples as well as feels all over his face. Then he moves to his feet and removes his shoes and touches/smells his dirty socks. Dr. Smith decides to give the young man some ECT before doing so he comes around only to be knocked out again. Straps are then used to secure him and then rounds of electricity are sent through his body till he flatlines. CPR commences and one around he is hypnotized and sent off to meet Dr. Smith at his home. Private Johnson arrives and Dr. Smith commands him to walk like a zombie, touch himself (upper body only), and lay down for a further exam (some sockless feet action.)
