This is a custom video and some changes/additions have been made to the scripts below.

Review:

“Thanks for doing a good job shooting my script! Brad is one of the best models you have shot with (after Alexander 😊). Say my thankful to Brad. I am also glad to see new equipment like an intubating tube. It makes your videos more and more realistic.”

Script 1:

The guy is volunteer, who takes part in the testing of new general anesthesia.

The guy comes to the doctor for passing of medical tests before experiment. The guy is dressed. The doctor asks him to undress completely. The guy stays wearing briefs only.

The doctor begins to exam the guy, he checks guy’s pulse on his wrist, listens to heartbeat, check pupils and blood pressure. Then the doctor listens to guy’s lungs asking the guy to breathe deepest. The doctor listens to the lungs from the back, but the guy is looking at the camera.

To compare the performance of the patient with no load and after load the doctor attaches electrodes to the patient’s chest, putting the mask on the guy’s face. The guy runs in place for one minute. After that the doctor makes the same checks which he did before guy running.

The guy came to the laboratory. The doctor ask the patient to undress and lie down on the table. After that the doctor covers the guy to his waist with a sheet and attaches electrodes to the guy’s chest. Experiment begins.

The doctor injects a soporific drug to the patient. To pound medicine guy should take a few deep breaths. After that the doctor asks the patient to count from 10 to 1 and then the guy falls asleep. The doctor stands behind the patient’s head, throws his head back and applies a white mask to the guy’s face for about 30 seconds. Then the doctor needs to check the condition of the patient under general anesthesia. The doctor checks pulse on the guy’s neck and listens to the heartbeat.

Then the doctor needs to bring the guy from under anesthesia. He makes him a special in-jection, delivers oxygen through a mask. After a while the guy wakes up. The doctor is interested in his well-being.

Next, the experiment should be repeated, but the patient intubated in the end. The doctor repeats manipulation, which he did in the first case. But after the mask doctor intubates the patient.

After intubation the doctor checks the patient’s condition and discovers that guy’s heart stopped. Resuscitation begins. During resuscitation the guy remains intubated all the time.

During resuscitation the doctor uses a defibrillator, chest compressions, artificial respiration using a bag through a tube into the patient’s mouth, injections into the heart.

After a few minutes of resuscitation, the pulse appears, but the guy falls into a coma. The doctor decides to connect the patient to a respirator.

The patient is in the intensive care. He’s in a coma. There is an endotracheal tube in his mouth. There are electrodes on his chest. There is an apparatus for measuring blood pressure on his arm. Attach tube with tape. His body was covered with a sheet to the lower abdomen. The patient is connected to the artificial ventilation of the lungs.

Suppose for 3 – 4 of minutes the guy’s chest rises and falls evenly, imitating the work of a respirator. The doctor does nothing at this time. There is only the patient is connected to the ma-chine in the frame.

Please here put the camera so that you get about the following angles: 2

Please make some close-ups of faces and the patient’s chest.

Then the doctor begins to check the status of the patient. The doctor listens to his heart, checks his pupils, checks his pulse on his neck and arm.

After checking of patient’s condition, the doctor decides to try to take him out of the coma. He makes him a special injection, turns off the ventilator, but doesn’t remove the tube from pa-tient’s mouth. About a minute after that patient opens his eyes. The doctor asks him to make sharp exhalation during which he removes the tube from guy’s mouth.

The doctor listens to his breathing again. The guy suddenly gasps, he loses consciousness. His heart stops again.

The doctor begins to resuscitate the patient again using the ambu bag and defibrillator.

After 2-3 defibrillations guy’s heart begins to beat again, but he is still unconscious. The doctor connects the guy to the respirator again. The patient has been breathing for 3-5 minutes.

Then the guy’s heart stops again. The doctor begins to resuscitate the patient again using the ambu bag and defibrillator. But there is no result.

The doctor is starting to resuscitate him again. He throws back the patient’s head, for this, put under the guy’s neck something like a pillow, so that his head was thrown back all the time of the episode. The doctor uses several times a defibrillator, ambu bag and cardiac massage again.

The doctor’s efforts do not bring results, then he decides to try to use a long-lasting electric shock. Several times he takes the electricity through the electrodes fixed on the guy’s chest. During each electric shock, the patient’s chest is raised for a long time. This method helped. After a few electrical shocks the patient’s heart begins to beat again. But the guy is still in a coma.

Dr. Smith decides to stimulate the guy’s brain with electricity. He attaches electrodes to the patient’s forehead and supplies electricity through them several times. But this procedure caused the heart to stop again.

The doctor removes the electrodes from the patient’s head and tries to revive him for the last time. The doctor applies artificial respiration and cardiac massage for a few minutes. But his efforts are in vain. The doctor states the death and covers the body of the guy with a sheet.

Script 2:

Brad is sitting on the couch and complains that his heart does not feel right.

Dr. Smith asks Brad to take off his shirt and then listens to Brad’s heart with the stethlescope.

Dr. Smith states that Brad’s heartbeat is “all over the place” and asks him to lie down on the couch.

Brad then lays down on the couch with his feet hanging over the end so they are sticking off of the couch (while wearing white socks) (you can have the sneakers on for a very short time so I can see you slip them off of him exposing the sexy white socks)

Dr. smith then begins to press on Brad’s chest and gives him some mouth-to-mouth (or ambu-bag if Brad does not want lips to lips).  Brad’s heart eventually gets much worse and Dr. Smith has to bring him to the hospital.

Next scene…

Brad is in the hospital on the table (feet hanging off the end while wearing socks).

Dr..Smith does hard deep compressions with defibs and ambu-bag/mouth-to-mouth in between.

At one point Dr. Smith gets on top of Brad so he can do super hard compressions.

(it would be a great added bonus if you can actually hear Brad’s air leaving his body during the compressions, see if the actor can just let the air move naturally in and out as you press on his chest)

At one point Dr. Smith Defibs Brad and then Defibs again, and again and again and again in desperation to revive him.  Make sure to get his socks in view during most of this video.  All angles too.  My favorite is the side angle view of both feet in socks.  I love to see how long his feet are.  Love Long skinny feet in socks!
