The script begins with Axel paying a visit to Dr Smith in his clinic. Dr Smith remarks that he hasn’t seen Axel since he graduated high school. Axel says he went to college out of state and he’s back home for good now and needs a physical for his new job. Dr Smith asks what job and Axel says a job in construction. Dr Smith says he’ll need to do a thorough physical exam to ensure he’s in fit condition.

Dr Smith then asks Axel to undress completely. Axel takes off all his clothing (including underwear but not his socks) and stands around not ashamed of being naked, waiting. Dr Smith remarks that his body has changed a lot since he last saw him. He gets Axel to stand straight and look straight ahead while Dr Smith admires his body from top to bottom, paying a lot of attention to his crotch in particular. He gets him to turn around for him and he also admires his ass. He says he’s got great glutes. Axel says he does squats. Dr Smith asks him to do some for him. Dr Smith then asks Axel to do some poses for him to check his muscle definition. Dr Smith remarks that he is quite a strapping young lad. He gets Axel to lean against a wall while Dr Smith gets up close against him and checks his heartbeat by pressing his ear against his chest.

He then gets Axel to sit down on the exam table. The camera will show Axel’s entire body, his penis visible, while Dr Smith begins interviewing him and doing a health questionnaire, asking about his ethnic background, his diet, family history, his fitness activity, and sexual activity. After the interview ends, Dr Smith stands in front of him between his legs and asks if it’s okay to begin the examination. Axel says that’s fine. Dr Smith rests his hand on his cheek and asks Axel to open his mouth and checks his teeth and checks his tongue. He also examines his eyes, getting very close to his face, almost like a kiss. Dr Smith also asks Axel to have his eyes to follow his finger as he moves it around. Dr Smith also checks Axel’s hands and feet (have Dr Smith remove each sock slowly), gently stroking them. He then gets Axel to stand up and do some jumping jacks. He also asks Axel to balance on one foot while holding his knee up to his chest. He does this for both feet. Finally he gets Axel to walk back and forth to him slowly with one foot in front of the other.

Dr Smith begins to cup Axel’s body with his hands, feeling his chest and nipples. He gets Axel to put his hands behind his head while he pokes around his armpits and chest/nipples. He also touches around his groin area and his legs, making his genitals wiggle about a little. He then gets Axel to turn around, checks his back, and then asks him to spread his legs shoulder width apart, and to bend over the table. He checks Axel’s back. The camera should be showing a nice view of Axel’s ass.

He then gets Axel to stand straight again, and spread open his arms out to his left and right, and Dr Smith stands behind him and feels up the front of his body from behind. He then asks Axel to loosen up his body and relax, and says he’s going to hold him and check his spine while he bends over slowly. So Dr Smith holds onto Axel, one hand grabbing onto his chest while the other slides down his back. Axel slowly bends over, while each part of the spine is thoroughly examined. Eventually Axel is just hunched over so his ass is right at Dr Smith’s crotch.

He then gets Axel to lie face up on the exam table. He has Axel lift up his legs one at a time to check their flexibility and to wiggle his toes, then both at once, and then slowly spreading them eagle wide and opening and closing them a few times. He gets Axel to flip over and stretches his legs back towards his ass. He also has Axel lay on his side while he feels the front of his body from behind. He remarks that Axel’s body is very physically fit and it’s very pleasing to look at, and says he doesn’t often get to examine young men like himself in their prime. Axel laughs and says thanks doctor. He then gets Axel to flip face up again and touches his chest, nipples, and groin area. He then shakes Axel’s hand and says he’s confident he’s in good state to work. Axel thanks him.

He asks Axel where he’s staying, if he’s still with his folks, and Axel says he’s just temporarily sleeping in his car as he hasn’t found his own place yet and he doesn’t want to stay with his folks as they’re not on the best terms right now. Dr Smith offers him a room in his home for a few nights for free. Axel begins to say no and that it’s too much for him, but Dr Smith says he has food, a working shower and it’s comfortable and warm. He says he won’t take no for an answer. So Axel agrees. He begins putting on his clothes again and Dr Smith says he’ll get his secretary to give him his address, and Axel leaves the room.

Dr Smith is then shown preparing cloth and a liquid to knock Axel out, laughing to himself evilly. “He’s all mine now.” He says.

The scene changes to Dr Smith letting Axel into his house. Dr Smith shows Axel around and shows him to his room. Axel then asks if he can take a shower and Dr Smith says be my guest. Axel then begins stripping off his clothes till he’s fully naked in front of Dr Smith, not shy at all, and Dr Smith hands him a towel and he jumps in the shower. The viewer will be treated to Axel showering and Dr Smith will be eyeing him creepily for a little bit, before he leaves. / Alternatively a sexier steamier scene can be Dr Smith following behind Axel while he’s showering, watching him shower and offering to scrub his back or something, and Dr Smith basically gives Axel a back rub as well as a chest rub while he’s showering. Just an idea. Then Dr Smith leaves, and says he needs to make dinner.

When Axel is done with his shower, he wraps the towel around him and his clothes are mysteriously gone. He calls out for Dr Smith but gets no response. He walks out into the hallway and is forcefully jumped by Dr Smith from behind who has a cloth filled with a knockout liquid. Axel struggles and tries to break free to no avail. His towel comes off during the process of the intense struggle, or Dr Smith can rip it off. Have Axel struggle for a little while, not willing to give in, but then eventually lose his consciousness. Axel falls to his knees and keels over backwards. Dr Smith stands over him and shakes his head. “Poor guy never stood a chance.” He then drags the naked Axel away.

Cut to the next scene and Axel wakes up naked on a chair, up in front of a telly with a hypnotic video. He is weakened and tries to leave and avoid seeing it but Dr Smith only keeps forcibly holding him his head to look at it. Axel is captivated and becomes susceptible to suggestion.

Dr Smith says Axel is now his sex slave and he will do what he says. He gets Axel to hump the couch a few times to demonstrate his sexual abilities and also gets Axel to crawl around the floor on his hands and knees, and to bow down to Dr Smith as his new lord. He gets Axel to lie on the couch and touch himself everywhere. Axel touches himself, his privates, while Dr Smith watches. He then holds Axel’s hand and directs him to his bedroom. He gets Axel to lie on the bed face up. Dr Smith starts to kiss Axel’s body and enjoy him, tasting his nipples and chest and bellybutton. Dr Smith also kisses Axel’s neck and ears. Axel seems to be in a catatonic state, showing no response to the sexual pleasure.

Suddenly out of nowhere, Axel begins to heave heavily. Dr Smith realizes it’s an asthma attack. Dr Smith asks him where his inhaler is, and Axel does not reply, only breathing and heaving hard, and eventually falling unconscious. Dr Smith tries to administer CPR and when Axel does not seem to wake up from his unconsciousness, he administers shocks to him. This does wake Axel up only to have him out of hypnosis and to scream “SOMEBODY HELP! I’M BEING KIDNAP-” before Dr Smith desperately administers a massive shock that sends Axel into a comatose state, his mouth open in shock. His eyes are open and unresponsive. Dr Smith says he’s sorry to do this to him. He then wraps up Axel in a blanket, rolling him over and then proceeds to call someone to come help him transport the new “piece of meat” to his sex dungeon outside of town.
