Review:
“Thank you so much for this video! Austyn is totally awesome! This Dr Smith video feels really fresh, largely down to Austyn’s performance. He completely embraces the character and the scenarios and really goes for it. I love the concept of him being a spoiled brat who learns his lesson. Another new favorite video!”
SCENE 1:

Dr Smith gets a phone call from his friend, asking if her 18-year-old son can come and stay for a few days. Dr Smith isn’t happy, as they don’t get on. He is a troublemaker. Austyn appears at the door and throws his rucksack into Dr Smith’s arms. He goes straight into the sitting room, puts his feet up on the table (with his shoes on) and watches TV. Dr Smith tries to talk to him, but Austyn keeps telling him to get out of the way of the TV and “get lost”. Dr Smith gets annoyed by this. Austyn asks for a drink of water, but Dr Smith secretly puts some poison in it. He hands it to Austyn, who snatches it off him and quickly drinks. After a while, he starts to feel unwell, he asks “what was in that water, you idiot?”. He then begins to gasp for breath. During this, Austyn still has his feet up on the table (with shoes on). His eyes begin to roll and he starts to convulse, slowly at first. After a while the convulsion becomes more violent. His feet (with shoes) twitching and moving from side to side. Eventually, the convulsion starts to slow and he passes out.

Dr Smith is relived and goes to his limp body on the sofa. He lifts his arms, but they drop. He moves Austyns head, but it just goes from side to side. He lifts his feet up, but they just drop on the table. He then drags him off the sofa and we see Dr Smith drag him to his hospital room.

SCENE 2:

Austyn is placed on the gurney, in the hospital room. His full body is in view, including his feet (his shoes are still on). He is unconscious. Dr Smith begins to check Austyn’s vital signs. He places some wires underneath his t-shirt, but keeps it on, just rolling it up slightly. He checks his pulse, monitors his breathing. Austyn then begins to convulse again, as he is doing so, Dr Smith rips open his t-shirt. As Austyn flatlines, Dr Smith begins CPR. Chest compressions, breaths via ambubag and defibrillation. Each time Austyn is shocked, his eyes open and roll back, his feet (with shoes still on) also twitch. After a few rounds of CPR and defibs, Austyn stabilises. He remains almost unconscious, but his eyes occasionally roll and his feet twitch. Dr Smith slowly removes Austyn shoes, one by one, revealing his plain white thin sweaty ankle socks. As the shoes are removed, Austyn twitches, lets out a weak groan and twitches his toes. Dr Smith gently massages Austyn’s socked feet, as Austyn continues to writhe.
Austyn suddenly begins to convulse once again, his socked feet twitching and wiggling, his arms and abs tensing etc. After the convulsion, Dr Smith repats the CPR with ambubag, chest compressions and defibs. As before, each time he is defibbed he opens and rolls his eyes, wiggles his toes and feebly cries out with moan. Once he has stabilised, Dr Smith decides to remove his jeans, revealing his tight white boxer shorts (underwear). Dr Smith carresses Austyn’s body. As she massages his legs, arms, chest and groin area, Austyn begins to slowly writhe, in and out of consciousness, as if he is enjoying it. Dr Smith is annoyed by this and so begins to shock him with the defib paddles. Austyn begs him to stop “please, no please…” but he continues to shock him. Each shock is stronger, as Austyn’s life slips away. His socked feet should be in full view when he being shocked. He then flatlines.
SCENE 3:
Austyn is how sat almost upright on the gurney, but his wrists are now strapped to the bed. He is topless, with wires attached to him. He is wearing some grey sweatpants and his old trashed converse/pumps. He is weak, weary and confused. Dr Smith enters. Austyn asks why he’s being kept here and asks if he can go home. Dr Smith says “no, it’s about time somebody taught you some manners!”. In his weak voice, Austyn replies “what are you going to do me? Please don’t kill me”. Dr Smith then turns the machine on and electrocutes him. His body reacts to the electric shock, eyes widen, body tense, feet twitch. “Why are you doing this to me?” Austyn asks…But Dr Smith does it again, turning the machine up even more. When Dr Smith stops Austyn, now struggling for breath tries to reason with him “No, no, no, please, I don’t want to die, it hurts, please”. Dr Smith tells him to shut up and turns the machine up even more. This time the electric shock is so big and lasts so long, that his lose trashed pumps begin to come and fly off during the electro shock treatment, revealing his wet, sweaty, dirty, thin, plain white ankle socks. Austyn is now sat on the gurney with his eyes rolling, toes slowly curling and switching, almost like he’s in a trance. Dr Smith then lowers the gurney and begins to shock him with the defib paddles. Austyn is in a bad way, each time he is shocked his toes curl and his eyes roll. Dr Smith removes his sweatpants and places an oxygen mask over him. Austyn is slowly writhing in pain, but he is very weak. His toes keep twitching and he is gasping for air. Dr Smith then stops the flow of oxygen so Austyn begins to suffocate. He is too weak to take the mask off, so just writhes, gasps and twitches on the bed.
SCENE 4:
Camera angle 1:
The camera is placed at the top of the bed at Austyn’s head, meaning we can see his full body, including his socked feet. Austyn is unconscious. Dr Smith worries that he’s killed him and so checks his vitals. He then places an oxygen mask on Austyn and begins CPR. Chest compression and defibs. Each time Austyn is shocked, his tilts back towards the camera, his eyes roll and his toes curl and feet touch etc. After a while Austyn starts to come round and is semi-conscious during the CPR. His head moves from side to side, eyes roll, his toes curl etc. Once he eventually flatlines, Dr Smith places a tube in his mouth and continues rounds of defibs on a lifeless body. This time Austyn’s eyes don’t open, he just reacts to the shocks of the defib paddles.
Camera angle 2:
The camera is now placed at the foot of the bed, wear we see Austyn’s socked feet in almost full view of the screen. We should also be able to see his underwear and head, but his socks should take up most of the frame. The above scene is repeated – Austyn is first semi-conscious as he is worked on (without an oxygen mask this time). He is given chest compressions, and defib shocks, occasionally lifting up his head in-between compressions and shocks. He should then be subjected to further electro shock treatment.

Camera angle 3:

A normal shot of the full gurney, with Austyn’s full body in view. Dr Smith is now panicking that he taken it too far. He tries to revive the lifeless body of Austyn, who now has a tube to help him breathe. After a few more defib shocks and chest compressions, he switches off the machine and covers his body with a sheet. He leaves Austyn’s socked feet poking out of the sheet.
